BKK-CENTRIC OFF SET BUSHINGINSTALLATION RECOMMENDATION AND SUGGESTIONS

BKK-CENTRIC off set bushing is a inexpensive way to gain positive camber in situations whenyour lowering project goes beyond the limits of the DJM Suspension upper control arm. It is varyimportant that the bushings do not rotate. This is how we do the installation, you may have a dif-ferent or even better way. But, this is how we do it.

has so many uses youwill keep buying it.

First you need to removeyour centered bushingsand sleeves. You will re-use the sleeves. Makesure you have a deadblow hammer on handand get everything veryclean.

Second a small amount ofWelder goes and longway so you don’t needmuch. Put a thin coat onboth the bushing and con-trol arms. Let is set upabout 10 minutes andpress the bushing in. Youcan do this by hand or alittle pressure with themallet.

Make sure your holesare lined up and gentlytap in the sleeves. Letit dry over night. Installwith the supplied camlocks in you controlarms kit and do notover tighten follow theinstructions that camewith the control arms.
