Step 1: Connect tank support with front leg and rear leg

Step 2: Add Side support between front leg and rear leg

Step 3: Assemble the other sections in the same procedure, and then install Front cross beam to the front legs

Step 4: Install Rear upper cross beam and Rear lower cross beam to the rear legs

Step 5: Install Rear diagonal support (long) between Rear upper cross beam and rear legs

Step 6: Install Front diagonal support (short) between Front cross beam and front legs

Step 7: Install Tube support to front legs and install the feet under the frame

The complete installation of frame should look like this:

Step 8: Put the water tank on the frame (note: you may have to loosen the adjustable mounting studs for a correct fit)

Step 9: Put the dust ring over the vacuum tube and install the tubes to the frame with tube holders

Check whether all parts are fit snuggly, if so, please fasten all of the screws.

Warranty Policy

For

Duda Energy LLC

This warranty policy is issued by Duda Energy LLC and applies to integrative and pressurized solar water heaters including all the components sold by Duda Energy. Duda Energy

provides the various warranties set forth in this policy subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions provided for herein.

1. Water Tank

Duda Energy hereby warrants the tank for three (3) years from the date of delivery to the customer. This warranty applies to leakage from any place of the tank after correct

installation.

Please note, the tank is not allowed to work under pressure of higher than 0.7Mpa (100 psi), and leakage resulting from excess pressure will be excluded in this warranty.

For customers to receive any remedies in connection with a breach of this warranty, they must provide to Duda Energy a dated photograph of the tank still installed in the solar water

heater system showing leakage from the tank.

2. Evacuated tubes

Duda Energy hereby warrants and represents that the evacuated tubes in any solar water heater shall be free from manufacturing defects resulting in spontaneous loss of vacuum for

five (5) years from the date of delivery to the customers. This warranty excludes loss of vacuum due to breakage during transport, handling or after installation and that gradual reduction

in vacuum levels over time are normal and accordingly are not defects in violation in this warranty.

For customers to receive any remedies in connection with a breach of this warranty, they must provide to Duda Energy a dated photograph of the tube still installed in the solar water

3. Heat pipe

Duda Energy hereby warrants and represents that the heat pipe in any solar water heater shall be free from manufacturing defects resulting in loss of heat transfer properties for five (5)

years from the date of the delivery to the customer. For customers to receive any remedies in connection with a breach of this warranty, they must provide to Duda Energy photographs of

faulty heat pipes, if applicable, showing the point of failure or rupture.

4. Solar controller and electric heater

Duda Energy hereby warrants and represents that the solar controller and electric heater in any solar water heater shall be free from manufacturing defects resulting in burning and not

working properly for one (1) year from the date of delivery to the customer. For customers to receive any remedies in connect ion with a breach of this warranty, they must provide

photographs showing the burnt solar controllers and electric heaters.

5. Frame

Duda Energy hereby warrants and represents that the frame in any solar water heater shall be free from manufacturing defects resulting in deformation and bad installation for three (3)

years from the date of delivery to the customer. For customers to receive any remedies in connection with a breach of this warranty, they will be requested to provide photographs showing

the deformation on the frame. But deformation caused by human action is not included in this warranty.

Restrictions regarding warranty

This warranty of solar water heater and its components in this policy shall not apply if

a) Damages, malfunctions, or failures caused by any use of this solar water heater for any purpose other than its ordinary purpose, as well as any neglect, accident, or ordinary wear and

tear, or from damage from transport, shipping, handling, or any other force majeure.

b) Damages, malfunctions, or failures caused by internal freezing of pipes

c) Damages, malfunctions, or failures caused by installation that is not in accordance with Duda Energy’s installation and operation manual in effect on the date when the product is sold

to the customer, including, without limitation, any misaligned or non-leveled frame; or instruction and/or all relevant standards ,codes of practice, electrical wiring and safety

regulations and any regional authority regulations.

d) Damages, malfunctions, or failures caused by the use of unapproved parts or components

e) Tank failure due to the water heater being operated in a corrosive atmosphere.

Other Terms & Conditions

This warranty is only valid if unit is installed in a single family home within the USA for the purpose of heating domestic water. Please contact us before attempting any repair to the unit,

as further damage done to the unit in a repair attempt may void this warranty. If we determine a replacement unit is necessary, customer is responsible for providing the defective unit back

to us, and any related transportation costs. Duda Energy will cover all costs related to the sending of the replacement unit.
