MONITORING OBJECTIVES
Executive Summary
Exova Catalyst Ireland were commissioned by Fingal Timoney & Company to carry out stack emissions testing for Fingal County Council on the Flare Stack at Balleally.
The aim of the monitoring campaign was to demonstrate compliance with a set of emission limit values (ELVs) as specified in the Site's Permit.
There were no special requirements.
