Install & Set ARH Combo Smart - RFID Passport Reader Driver

To download e-Passport reader’s driver, follow this link and choose ARH Drivers as shown

Also, ARH Combo Scan We follow the following steps for the reader:

- Open download folder and run setup file

Note: If your windows system type is 64Bit operating system, you must install 32Bit version and 64Bit version in addition to install SmartCard driver

- If this window appears, click yes

- Following window will appear, click I Agree

- Select all checkboxes and click Next

- Setup will start

- When installation complete, click Finish

- To Install SmartCard driver, return main window

- This window will appear

Click Next

- License Agreement window will appear, choose I accept

Then click Next

- Click Install

- Install will start

- When installation complete, click Finish

Note after installation complete, plug-out & plug-in the reader from electricity

To prepare ARH reader within Virgo Offline, there are two ways:

- Method 1: Choose an Internal Reader Application

If you don't use the slide feature RFID, we enter the System settings from Others menu or directly from the main window,and from General tab we choose passport reader as ARH ComboSmart, then we choose Internal Reader Application and click OK

- Method 2: Choose an External Reader Application

If you use the slide feature RFID, we enter the System settings from Others menu or directly from the main window,and from General tab we choose passport reader as ARH ComboSmart, then we choose External Reader Application and click OK

When running a Virgo Offline, the ARH Reader application is run automatically

Select pictures path if you want to change it, Where it's be by default same as the Picture Path of the Virgo Offline system D:\Virgo\VirgoOffline1438\Photos

NOTE: You must make sure Reader mode: ARH PRMC

If the connecting process succeeds and the reader works correctly, "No Document" phrase will appear at the bottom of ARH Reader application.

Note: If "No Document" phrase didn't appear, you must close the Virgo Online system and restart it and read the passports again.
