Thefalsely reported information by case workersemployed .those statements made in the allegion against mewere made with the intention of portraying me to beirresponsible and create the aura that i am unstable about me and my child, my child name is winona rose piscitelli and shein foster care for falsely allegation said by case workers from new york andohio!!! A states that respondent has a longhistory of CPS nvolvement and fleeing with her child when she earns of a report to the state central registry, correction:this is my mother winona mae grant who hasbeen the guardian of son timothy grant since his birth . she hasevadedcpsworkers 250 imes after reports were made regarding her neglecting my son in the same partagraph it states that I failed toprovide adequate guarianship & proper supervision of said child andfailing to receive necessary medical and educationalservices.correction: I did not have guardianship of my son my mother did & SHE FAILED TO PROVIDE CARE TO HIM NOT ME.IT IS HARDTO BELIEVE THAT CASE WORKERS DID NOT KNOW THIS INFORMATION IS REGARDING M Y MOTHERAND NOT MESINCE TH E DATE OF THE REPORTS WERE ON THE RECORDS AND IT WAS KNOWN THAT MY MOTHER HAS TAKEN MY SONSINCE BIRTH. RICHLAND COUNTY OHIO CPS APR. 2009 REPORT CORRECTION:THIS AGENCY FOUND TH E BURN TO BE ANACCIDENT NOT INENTIONAL ABUSE OR NEGLECT .A STATES MY CHILD W AS FILTHY AN D DIRTY AN D RESPONDENTDISPLAYED. ERRATIC BEHAVIOR A T TH E HOSP.CORRECTIONS CHILD FELL INTO A FIRE PIT AND NO I DID NOT WASTE TIME TO GO CHANGE HER CLOTHING & wash herup due to the concern for getting mychild to be seen as quickly to care for her injuries, as for the erratic behavior i has asevere headache & ASKEDFORSOME ICE FOR MY HEAD & THE NURSE FLIPPED OUT & REFUSED TO GIVE ME ICE. WHICHCAUSED ME TO TWROW UP DUE TO TH E NAUSEA CAUSED BY NOT PUTTING ICE TO MY HEAD .STATE I WAS OBSERVED INAUG. 2009 TO HAVE PUNCHEDMY DAUGHTER IN THE CHEST & FORCIBLY YANKINGHER BY HER ARM.THEN IN THE DAYSTHAT FOLLOWED OBSERVED TO BE INADEQUATELY SUPERVISING SAID CHILD WHERE SH E WALKED INTO TH E SHELTER &TH E ROAD CORRECTION : HAD SUCH INCIDENT OCCURRED IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TH E DUTY OF THE WORKER W HOCLAIMS TO HAVE SEEN SUCH INCIDENT TO IMMEDIATELY TAKE SAID CHILD FROM ME & TAKE HER TO BE EXAMINEDBY ANEMERGENCY ROOM DOCTOR TO ASSURE NO INJURIES WERE CAUSED. THIS WOULD BE EVIDENCE OF SUCHINCIDENTACTU ALLY OCCURRING WHICH IT DID NOT .A DSS OFFICE IS USUALLY FULLOF PEOPLE AND THERE ARE NO OTHERWITNESSES TO SUCH INCIDENT BEEN SEEN BY ANYONE ELSE -HIGHLY UNLIKELY. MY CHILD AT NO TIME WHILE AT TH ESHELTER DID SHE W ALK INTO THE ROAD THIS WA S A FABRICATED LIE IF EVER SAID BY ANYONE WORKINGAT THE SHELTER.I WASNEVER ALERTED ASCLAIMED. STATES SET. 20091LEFT NYWHERE I LIVEDTOMOVE BACK TOOHIO & THELEFT OHIOTO FLEE FROMCPS COMING TO REMOVE MY CHILD DUE TO CONCERNS OF PHYSICAL ABU SE, MY MENTAL HEALTH&DEVELOPMENTAL DELAYS &M Y INABILITYTO CONTROL SAIDCHILD'S BEHAVIORS.CORRECTION: I OWN A HOME INOHIO WHERE WELIVE &ONLY VISITEDNY. I HAVE A CAREER AS A TRUCK DRIVER &DIDNOTFLEE BECAUSE OF ANY OTHERREASON THEN A JOB CAME UP TO DELIVER OUT OF STATE, YES I OF COURSE TOOK MYDAUGHTER WITH ME. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE ASIDE FROMTHESE BROADSTATEMENTS WITHOUT AN Y VALIDATION FROMINDEPENDENT SOURCES REGARDING EITHER PHYSICAL ABUSE OR ME HAVINGANY MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. LAST TIME ICHECKED THE REPORTING CASE WORKER DID NOT HAVEA MEDICAL DEGREE TO EVALUATE MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.

CORRECTION:THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OFSUCH HISTORY & FORMY JOB I AM RANDOMLY DRUG TESTED WHICH I HAVE NEVER FAILED A TEST YET. THIS ISSLANDER & DEFAMATIONOFCHARACTER FOR SUCH STATEMENTS TO BE REPORTED WITHOUT PROOF OF SUCH BEING ANYTH ING BUT A FABRICATEDLIE USED TO MANIPULATE TH E COURT IN KEEPING MY CHILD FROM ME. MANY TIMES REPORTS WERE MADE OF HER NEGLECTING MY SON, SHEWOULD RUNOFF STATE TO STATE AVOIDING CPSUNTIL THEY FINALLY CAUGH T UPWITH THEM IN 2004 BECAUSE MY SON WAS SEENRUNNING NAKED AND SHE WASVERY ILL.AT THAT TIME I HAD NOT K NOWN WH ERE THEY WERE AND HAD NO LEGALRRSPONSIBILITY SINCE HE WAS A DAY OLD . SHELIED AGAIN CLAIMING TO BE SOMEONE NAMED WENDY & SAYING SHEW AS HIS MOTHER THE COURT FILED ADANDONMENT CHARGE ON ME & A PROTECTION ORDER TO STAY AW AY FROM MYSONW H E N I HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW HE & HER WERE FOUND. I WISH I COULD SEE MY SON - BUT DONT KNOWHOWTO DO THIS SINCE SHE MESSED EVERYTHING UPWITH HERLIES. MY SON AGED OUT & MY PARENTAL RIGHT WERENERVER TERMINATED WITH HIM AS SOME OF THE CASE WORKERS HAVE PUT IN RECORD & USED TO TAK E MY YOUNGESTDAUGHTER FROM ME. MY CHILD IS IN FOSTER CARE BECAUSE OF MISTAK ES OF INFORMAT ION MUTATEDD & MY MOTHERHISTORY INJECTED AS MY HISTORY. I AT FIRST WASNICE AND COOPERATED WITH CASE WORK ERS-BUT THEY SEEMED TOTAKE WHAT I SAID AND TWIST IT TOSUIT THIER AGENDA OFRECRUITING MYCHILD INFOR SERVICE. I AMWINONAMAEPALMIOTTI BORN 4/7/1973 TO MOTHER WINONA MAE GRANT BORN 10/8/1945 .1 HA VE NEVER USED " WINONA GRANT"AS MY IDENTITY ASALLEGED, HERHISTORY W ITH INVOLVEMENT W ITH CPS HAS BEEN PUT ON RECORD AND I HAVEREPEATEDLY TRIED TO CORRECT THIS FALSE ALLEGATION. THE CHILD SUSTAINED NO INJURIES NOR WA S SHE EVERNEGLECTED BY HER MOTHER AN D THERE IS NO FACTUAL EVIDENCE TO SHOWING OTHERWISE. TH E CHILD SHOULD NOTHAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM HERMOTHER THERE WAS NO IMMINENT DANGER THEREFORE NO LEGAL AUTHORITY TOKIDNAP HER AND KEEP CONTROL OF HER LIBERT AND RIGHT TO BE FREE FROM SUCH VIOLATIONS OF HER RIGHTS ASSECURED BY LAW UNDER THE PROPER CAR E OF HERMOTHER THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY ALLEGATION THAT HASREPORT WINONA PISCITELLI CLAIMS I HA VE INJURED OR NEGLECTED H ER.
