The nights appear to be drawing in ever more quickly and we are all feeling a bit short changed about our so called ‘summer’ – the silver lining is that the lighting season is now in full swing!

Our business continues to move forwards, and this season more people than ever will be switching on Eterna LED lights, benefitting from our lighting design schemes (see below) and being reassured by our improved warranty policy.

It is a competitive & changing landscape - to successfully switch more business to our brand, we have to keep moving forward not just with the product offer but everything about our brand, not least our attitude & approach to the marketplace.

With this in mind, we have appointed a Customer Service Director, who has a clear remit from me to raise the bar even further – doing the things we do now, but quicker & better, and also introducing new ideas that should increase customer satisfaction – lastly and most importantly, we will be listening to our customers so we offer what they want, not just what we think they want.

LEDs are energy efficient and use up to 90% LESS POWER than traditional light sources and offer the potential for a noticeable and significant reduction in energy costs. As LEDs offer an average lifetime which is far more than traditional lighting, they also offer potential savings on replacement costs and additionally in maintenance costs due to reduced costs of labour associated with replacing lamps.

An example of a recent lighting design scheme that we completed for a sizeable 200+ aisle warehouse, saw us make a 25% REDUCTION in the number of fittings required by using our LED battens to replace the existing fluorescent fittings. This considerably reduced the initial investment cost of the project and also realised a further substantial saving in associated installation time and costs – all before the ongoing energy saving from switching to LED, which over time means the new fittings will literally pay for themselves.
