Perhaps the two largest ecological problems facing the biosphere today are the ever increasing human population and

the concurrent increased consumption of natural resources. Globalization leads to the widespread movement of

natural resources around the planet. Is it possible that the activities associated with Globalization in this day and agecan actually be linked to the occurrence of various insect vectored diseases? Your instructor has assigned you a

combination of topics, an activity associated with Globalization and an insect vectored disease. Using multiplesources, complete the following:

The final write up for this assignment is worth a total of 25 possible points. The following is a guide to the point

distribution that will be used when assigning a grade to your completed assignment. Each category has been assigned

dates, and volumes, from multiple sources. A hardcopy of the paper has been submit and

an electronic version has been posted on Angel.
