The INS Hydraulic Weighing Systems have a transient protected DCDC power control unit integrated in the indicator for 10-100 V supply voltage, which filters away all electric noise and assures a high reliability.

While load cell weighing systems requiere new physical calibrations every time the cells are damaged, a hydraulic weighing system just keeps on working. Should a new calibration be required, the old one can be reconstructed on the phone.

Hydraulic weighing systems resist all material handling applications and are service and maintenance free due to the integration into the hydrau lic system of the forklift truck.

Load cell weighing systems are sensitive and are damaged in rough material handling and frequently require new calibrations.

Weighing forks and carriage plates are not compatible with all kinds of forklift attachments like clamp and spears.

Patented & accurateweighing technology

BMD is a patented and accurate hydraulic based weighing technology which is utilized in the TC3000 solution. In addition to the advantages mentioned for DMD, hydraulic pressure, height, velocity and acceleration of the forks are recorded during upwards and downwards manoeuvring, which significantly improves the weighing accuracy and long term stability of the solution.

BMD+LVD is a combined technology enabling determination of weight, volume and volume weight including data recording of palletized cargo in just 10 seconds.

BMD is a patented and accurate hydraulic based weighing technology which is utilized in the TC5000 solution. In addition to the advantages mentioned for DMD, hydraulic pressure, height, velocity and acceleration of the forks are recorded during upwards and downwards maneuvering, which significantly improves the weighing accuracy and long term stability of the solution.

LVD is a dimensioning technology for volume measurement of palletized cargo. The pallet height is measured by a laser sensor and together with user defined pallet sizes it provides fast determination of volume and volume weight. The laser sensor, which automatically captures the pallet height, is mounted on the forklift mast and compensates for the mast inclination, ensuring accurate dimensioning of the load.

DMD reduces the influence of mechanical frictions in the forklift mast and hydraulic cylinders by automatically lowering the forks during weighing operations.

The TC5000 is a mobile dimensioning and weighing (D&W) system for forklift trucks. The system is based on a patented hydraulic weighing principle (BMD), offering a unique weighing accuracy, robustness and protection against overload.

The dual tilt compensation technology ensures an accuarate weighing result regardless of the inclination of forklift mast to the floor.

The TC1000-D can be installed on almost any type of lifting unit with a mast. The system was designed for a specific foundry dosage application due to the high sensibility to shocks, vibrations and rough use of the existing load cell systems mounted in the carriage or in the forks.
