Inputting Code Red – Mobile

Step 1Start on the Home Page of the CAA Manitoba Mobile App

Select “Road Side Assistance” from the list on the left side of the screen.

Step 2Continue with “Send Roadside Assistance Request to CAA”

Step 3Fill in the membership number and use their Postal Code from their membership.

Use the phone number that would be most convenient to contact the member when the tow truck is near.

Then select Continue.

Step 4Give the closest address to the vehicle as possible.

Make sure to select Location Type.

Then select Continue.

Step 5Fill in the following with as accurate of a description of the vehicle as possible.

If the vehicle information is not there select “Enter Vehicle Now”

Once everything is entered, select Continue

Step 6Select what type of service the vehicle is in need of.

Each selection will break down to a more descriptive option to give ERS a better idea of what will be needed for the vehicle.

Step 7Review the information with the member. If everything is correct then select “Submit”.
