Combined with proven Quadro runner techno-logy, the automatic push to open mechanism is causing a stir in wooden drawers designed without handles. A light press on the front is all it takes for the push to open function to open drawers all by themselves.

Added convenience for handleless full and partial-extension drawers

Partial-extension runner

Push to open brings convenience in every respect. Installation by plug-on or slide-on assembly couldn't be easier and is ideal for partially extending drawers with a loading capacity of up to 25 kg. Fitted dimensions and hole pattern are the same as for the standard Quadro range.

Full-extension runner

The push to open - mechanism is activated by a soft touch, conveniently opening full-extension drawers with a loading capacity of up to 30 kg. Full-extension runners provide the advantage of being able to see and reach the everything in the drawer without restriction. Push to open makes easy work of adding this convenience to handleless fronts. Fitted dimensions and hole pattern are identical with those for the standard Quadro range.

The drawer is placed horizontally on the run-ners and pushed into place. The catch auto-matically locks the drawer onto the Quadro for a secure fit.

Unlatching the drawer and removing it from the runners is just as easy. This also leaves the height setting unchanged.

The height adjustment facility integrated in the catch produces perfected front panel alignment – without the need for tools. The coloured thumb-wheel moves the wedge into position between drawer bottom panel and runner.

The drawer is inserted at an angle from above on the extended runners. Two holes at the back of the drawer engage the hooks at the far end of the runners.

Pressing the drawer down securely seats it on the locating pins. Ensuring ease of assembly, the tapered pins provide a precision, firm fit. To remove the drawer, it is pulled out all the way, lifted slightly and then removed from the runners.

The drawer is fixed in position by the locating pins at the front. The exact drawer height is set by turning the thumbwheel.
