Every child will be provided with a child specific portal and all its academic information will be updated as a record by school authorities. These portals will be securitized by a unique user ID and Password.
Parent Notification System:
All the information related to the student will be communicated to parents on their registered mobile number (ineffective of DND activated or Inactivated).
Teacher Notification System:
Information can be transferred to the faculties with in fraction of second.
Principal, Director Notification System:
Children can easily communicate to the principal or director and share their academic problems they are facing in the school and can give their feedback for every teacher or facilities and they can also communicate the resolution online.

All the information related to the students such as their marks, teachers, classmates, timetable, holidays, syllabus, achievements and other educational information are regularly updated on the portals of the child portals.

Attendance of every child will be maintained with very user friendly GUI. To update attendance on the portal of every child of school it will take approximately 10 minutes.
Exam Notification System:
Complete year exam schedule can be updated once and student can prepare for the exam in a scheduled way.
Result, Syllabus, Time Table Management System:
Students can get their mark, syllabus and timetable on their portals can also get unauthorized copy of the mark sheet on the portals.Parents will be intimated with the marks on the registered mobile number.
Online Library System:
Admin of the school can add books in the library, as PDF or URL which will remain in the library with the description for every student.
Event Information Management System:
Year plan will be updated regularly on the portal; it will be explored to every portal of the children in year plan
Server support: All the information can be updated by authorized users on the server with the protocol.24*7 Server support will be provided to all the users and the admin of school for all the services. Fee Management System:
An account section can keep the record of fee collections and regularly intimate the collection to the authorities. No need of making any additional report for admin and fee receipt for students. It helps school admin to keep an eye on the regular defaulters in fee deposition. Information of fee payment will be updated on the portals of the students and can also be intimated by a SMS to the parents.
