Ingrediens:2 onions6 carrots¼ celery1 tablespoon of mustard250 ml creamwater, oil1 beef broth5 pieces of black pepper4 pieces of bay leaves
First, clean and peel the vegetables such as carrots, parsley, celery, and onions
Cut them into small pieces
Then get a big pot and put in it a bit of oil, add the chopped onion and fry until it is yellow.
Add chopped vegetables and fry everything for ten minutes.
After ten minutes add the five pieces of black pepper, four pieces of bay leaves and add water Cook until vegetables are soft.
When the vegetables are soft , take out bay leaves and pour boiled mixture into a blender, mix it with vegetables.
We can serve it with meat and dumplings.
When all the vegetables are mixed, add cream and one tablespoon of mustard and let it simmer for a moment.
At the end we boil everything for 10 minutes
