Ingleside Continuity Team Model Supporting women to birth in a community setting (Ingleside and Home)

• Commenced 1st February 2019.

• 6 midwives and 1 Team Leader and 3 MSWs.

• Link with existing community teams.

• 2 buddy teams (Oakwood and Blossom).

• Caseload of 35 women per WTE midwife
