Located in the district of Apaseo El Grande, Guanajuato, it is 800 meters (29, 52 feet) away from the Toyota’s Vehicle
Assembly Complex, ORIENT BUSINESS PARK (Ichi), is an industrial park constructed in a 109,734.44 m2 (1181171, 68 ft2) territory
divided into 9 industrial buildings which make up 64,040.20 m2 (689322, 97 ft2) and a commercial area which makes up
2,258.24 m2 (24307.49 ft2), both areas are saleable. It is located in the area called “Central hall”, which is the socioeconomic
territory that is located in Mexico’s central zone, also known as ‘Bajío’ zone, it is structured by 45th and 57th federal highways,
railways, metropolitan areas and industrial economic activities, commerce and services, through 95 districts which belong to 7
different states from the Mexican Republic.
The 95 districts represent less than 2% of all Mexican territory, however it presents 8% of the whole Mexican population (approximately 10.34 million people) and they provide 12% of the National Gross Domestic Product with an average of economic growth of 5.3% annually, which is also estimated to grow over to 7%.
In this territory we can find about 400 thousand companies, of which, it is estimated that 41 thousand are manufacture companies, thereby achieving that 1 of every 3 dollars from foreign investments are in this region.
