TAO RETREAT 2020Chi Kung, Meditation and Inner Alchemy Practices

Take the chance to leave your daily environment and practice with like-minded people for a week to make a real change in your life. During the �rst week you will discover the pearls of the Universal Healing Tao, an ancient wisdom for a modern world, with its practices of Chi Kung and Energy Meditation to regain vitality, vibrant health and to remember how to live in joy and �ow. During the second week, the more advanced students will continue with the next formulas in this incredibly powerful system of Inner Alchemy. This transformational retreat will take place in the Riversong Center, which owes its name to the melodious song of the river which runs through it, at the feet of the Pre-Alps of Vaud County.

VEETAO Trained and certi�ed as a Senior Chi Nei Tsang Teacher by Mantak Chia. Practices and teaches in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Week 1: 4-11 July (Sat. 5pm – Sat 11:30am) 7 full days, 7 nightsProgram: Basic Practices of the Universal Healing Tao and Introduction to Healing Love You will learn simple but very e�cient practices to integrate in your daily life to gain in health, vitality, emotional peace, love and focus: Qi Gong Warm Up, Iron Shirt Qi Gong, Energy Meditations of Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds and Microcosmic Orbit. With the Healing Love practices you will start the Sexual Alchemy to learn how to master and use this very powerful energy for your spiritual growth.
