Benjamin Franklin was one of the Founding Fathers of the United States, a polymath and a statesman. Committed to self-discipline, he worked hard every day, and this is where his greatness came from. Once just an apprentice printer, he became a man whose ideas remain alive hundreds of years after his death. Although he taught many others, he never stopped learning himself. He was the one to say:
Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I will learn.
It is on this idea that the Wrocław School of Banking, in collaboration with its American Partner Franklin University, built its Master of Business Administration Program. In launching this Program, the School aims to help managers and business leaders learn and get better throughout their professional careers. Hoping that one day they will be, like Benjamin Franklin was, transforming the way we do business and making a difference to the world around them.

Franklin University MBA daje wiedzę przydatną w pracy zawodowej – w szczególności ję-zyk biznesowy, dyplom międzynarodowy i znajomość realiów ekonomicznych od strony globalnej. So, just do it!
The Franklin University MBA Program takes 2 years to complete. The Program comprises 10 compulsory
modules accounting for a total of 480 hours of instruction and addressing a wide array of areas and issues pertinent to efficient business management in the international marketplace.
Each module involves written assignments and group-work projects as well as examinations which the
students are obliged to accomplish. The Program is run jointly with Franklin University and in collaboration with experienced practitioners from a number of US industries. Meetings are scheduled at weekends, Friday afternoon through Sunday, usually every other month.
The Franklin University MBA Program is targeted at executive staff for whom relevant education is
a prerequisite for career advancement as well as at all
those who need to obtain or upgrade their managerial skills to be able to cope in typical business situations. The Program furnishes them with in-depth and up-to-date knowledge while emphasizing competences that are key to effective performance in an international environment where a good command of English is essential.
Franklin University MBA students attend classes led by American faculty – by the same academics that teach at
Franklin’s US campus. All of the modules are taught in English.
Modern teaching methodology applied in the delivery of the Franklin University MBA Program stimulates
the development of strategic thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. Interactive forms of instruction – workshops, business case analyses and simulation – permit students to instantly validate any newly acquired knowledge. Heavy reliance on groupwork enables experience sharing, which is a most effective mode of learning among managers.
Students can access educational content and keep in touch with their Franklin University teachers through
myFranklin portal – the American university’s distance educa-tion platform. The platform is a gateway to a wealth of lectures and presentations alongside a multimedia library containing more than 40 million volumes.
The curriculum involves individual work to be done in preparation for each class. Under American standards,
the pursuit of the MBA degree is based primarily on self-study. To earn an American degree, students are expected to devote a total of 1200 hours to self-preparation. The effort results in the acquisition of relevant knowledge and skills, promoting them to the ranks of the best educated managers in Poland and worldwide.
Graduates from the Franklin University MBA Program are awarded a prestigious Franklin University degree
and a certificate of completion of the Postgraduate Course in Business Management from the WSB School in Wrocław.

COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Co skłoniło Panią do podjęcia studiów MBA?W mojej pracy zawodowej miałam okazję zdobyć doświadczenie w różnych obszarach: HR, logistyka, zakupy.
