1. Introduction This document guides you how to manage your user account.

2. General Notes Following are general notes that you need to know and understand before using the

system:

In all forms * means mandatory field

While using the system and filling any application, detailed error messages (in red) will be shown if required explaining the error for you and the solution

Payment process is done through Dubai eGovernment ePay Gateway.

3. New User Registration Go to https://eservices.dha.gov.ae

Choose one of following options:

o Via DHA Single Sign On:

Click “Register With us”

Enter a “Username” between 5 to 20 characters and

contains only English characters (Aa – Zz) or '_' character

Enter a “Password” between 8 to 20 characters that

contain at least one - English lowercase characters (a-z),

one English uppercase characters (A-Z), one numeric

character (0-9) and one non-alphabetic character (! @ # $

^ & *)

Re-enter the password in “Confirm Password” field

Enter your “E-Mail” address

Select a security question from list, then enter your

“Security Answer”

Enter “First Name”, “Middle Name” & “Last Name” as per

your passport.

“Enter Captcha Code” that shown in screen.

Click “Create User”

o Via Dubai ID:

Click or Click “Register With us” “Have MyId

Account”

Click “Don’t have an account?” link

Follow steps to complete Dubai ID registration.

Click “Individual Home” or “Corporate Home” to proceed

4. Log In Go to https://eservices.dha.gov.ae

Choose one of following options:

o Via DHA Single Sign On:

Enter “User Name” and “Password”

Click “Login”

o Via Dubai ID:

Click

Enter “User Name” and “Password”

Click “Login/دخول”

o Via Emirates ID:

Click “LOG IN USING EMIRATES ID” link

Enter “PIN”

Click “Submit”

5. Forgot Password For DHA Single Sign On: Go to https://eservices.dha.gov.ae

o Click “Forgot Password?” link

o Provide your registered email address or username

o Password will be sent to your email address

For Dubai ID: Go to https://myid.dubai.gov.ae/

o Click “Forgot Username or Password?” link

o Select “Password”

o Provide Emirates ID details to proceed with password reset.

7. Change Password Open menu next to username at top right corner

Click “Change Password”

Provide current and new password (twice)

Enter Captcha code

Click “Change Password”

Confirmation message will be shown.
