Impact relative to the world
We compare average cites per paper for each of the institutions (Impact) against the average Cites per paper worldwide (Imp Base)
If the Relative Impact (Rel Imp) is over 1.0, the institution’s impact is higher than average.
Citation impact is more meaningful when compared to world averages.
