Improvement of the coordination in rhythm with specific rhythmic rowing exercises.

situation in coordination in rhythm.Program realization included

classes. Retest that examines the influence
of the exercises on coordination in rhythm.
Sample of subjects 46 students divided into two groups:
35 – experimental group11 – control group
Sample of variables Coordination in rhythm that includes:
-non-rhythmic drumming (NRD)-drumming with arms and legs (DA&L)
EExperimental method xperimental method Applying specific rowing exercises on
a command, in the beginning of every class.
Duration from one minute per exercise to three minutes.
The experimental method was made up of three exercises:
1.Just arms2.Arms with torso 3.Arms, torso, and legs – full rowing
