A History of Innovation InfinityQS was founded in 1989 by Michael
A. Lyle and Christopher Kearsley. Both veterans in the quality
control industry, the founders saw unique market opportunities for
manufacturers needing computerized controllers to automate various
types of industrial equipment.
Staffed by nationally renowned industrial statisticians and
ASQ-certified quality engineers and technicians, InfinityQS
continues to develop industry- leading quality solutions that have
saved manufacturers millions of dollars in reducing scrap and
rework—enabling them to remain competitive and increase their
bottom lines.
Today there are over 40,000 active software licenses in use
worldwide. Customers range from small manufacturing shops to large
Fortune 100 companies with global implementations, including Ball
Corporation, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic InfinityQS is

The InfinityQS Leadership Team
Eric Weisbrod Vice President of Product Management Eric oversees
the creation and sharing of Enact strategy, roadmaps, and
functionality with the InfinityQS Marketing, Sales, and Services
teams—as well as with Channel Partners and service providers around
the globe. Eric joined InfinityQS in 2006 after years of
manufacturing process engineering experience.
Steve Wise Vice President of Statistical Methods Steve ensures
proper use of statistical techniques within the company’s software,
and helping companies implement real-time SPC and advanced
statistical tools. He joined InfinityQS in 1996 after a career as
an industrial statistician at Boeing, has co-authored two books on
industrial statistics, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Matt Tweedy Vice President of Product Design Matt works closely
with the development staff to ensure that InfinityQS products
evolve to continue to meet the ever-expanding needs of today’s
manufacturers. Before joining InfinityQS in 2001, Matt began his
quality career working in the Japanese automotive industry.
Douglas C. Fair Chief Operating Officer Doug is a seasoned quality
professional and industrial statistician, and is a Six Sigma Black
Belt with 30 years of experience in manufacturing, analytics, and
statistical applications. He has also co-authored two books on
industrial statistics.
B.K. Im Vice President & Chief Financial Officer B.K. is a
highly accomplished accounting and finance executive who has
extensive experience with manufacturers and business consulting
groups. As CFO, B.K is responsible for company-wide financial
planning, reporting, and controls.
Christopher Kearsley Executive Vice President & Chief Technical
Officer Chris co-founded InfinityQS with Mike Lyle in 1989, and has
worked extensively in the manufacturing industry, specifically in
quality control and test engineering. Chris directs Software
Development and is engaged with all technology-related aspects of
the business, including IT, Technical Services, Technical Support,
and Technical Sales.
Michael A. Lyle President & Chief Executive Officer Mike
co-founded InfinityQS with Chris Kearsley in 1989 when they
identified the need for an automated tool to analyze quality data.
Previously, Mike developed automated test systems and high-speed
specialized test equipment for manufacturers. As President and CEO,
Mike guides the overall direction of InfinityQS.
Greg Matranga Vice President of Global Marketing Greg has a track
record of creating integrated, multi- channel marketing and
communications plans that elevate corporate reputation, build
global brands, and drive increased revenue. Before InfinityQS, Greg
led Marketing at Apptix and TerreStar. Prior to TerreStar, Greg was
the Vice President of Communications at Mobile 365, a global mobile
data company acquired by Sybase.Andrew McDaniel
Director of Sales Andrew joined InfinityQS in 2019 to oversee all
direct sales efforts. His strategic efforts focus on yielding
significant improvements in business development, client success,
and overall sales operations. Prior to InfinityQS, Andrew held
sales management roles at companies including Cloudisitcs, Rainking
Solutions, and K12 Inc.
Jason Chester Director of Global Channel Programs Jason is
responsible for the implementation, management, and overall success
of the InfinityQS global channel partner programs. Prior to
InfinityQS, Jason was the Managing Director of Butler Group, and
spent several years as a freelance IT/business analyst, writer, and
consultant where he focused on business process optimization and
digital transformation across a wide range of industry
sectors.
