Electronics & Communication is an applied form of science that deals with principles and practical aspects related to design and development of various everyday deviceslike radios, televisions, laptops, mobile phones, machine robots etc. The discipline concerns with electronics devices and software interfaces.

Scope of ECE are very wide that includes Medical Electronics, Automobile Electronics, Electronic Design Automation, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunication, Defense and Aerospace, Automation, IT industry. Under MAKE IN INDIA Govt. initiative and entrance of many foreign countries in mobile manufacturing, there is a boost in demand of Electronics Engineers. Moreover, there are innumerable job opportunities for thestudents and is a golden era for the upcoming ECE engineers as our country is moving towards development at a rapid pace.

The Department of ECE at Chandigarh University has completed 6 years on this modernized and lush green campus. It is situated on NH-95, Ludhiana - Chandigarh State Highway, 23.7 km from Chandigarh. The department has created rich legacy of alumni, who has excelled in various fields ranging from academics to project management. The department of ECE at CU, fulfills the requirement of acquisition of various skills by well designed curriculum, taking into consideration global problems through the practical training, project work, industrial visits, guest lectures and exposure to various ECE simulation software. The well-qualified, experienced as well as dedicated faculty and supporting staff are

striving hard tirelessly to improve the quality of education through effective teaching learning process. Being the Best ECE College in India, we offer specialized knowledge ranging from communication engineering to microelectronics & IC design. Teaching methodology at Department of ECE ensures a perfect balance of theory and practical learning throughout the four years of course. The Department houses eleven state-of-art laboratories including latest equipments and software for enriching the experiential learning of students. The department ensures to give the society a professional with sound understanding of the subject who is ready to take up his role and challenge coming its way.

It is an autonomous bot which works on machine learning. Machine learning is a field of hardware and software that uses statistical techniques to give a system the ability to 'learn' with 'DATA' without being explicitly programmed. Bot collect data provided by the user and then it trains data and the corresponding trained file is used to recognize particular user by its own.

This invention relates to the safety of an A TM from theft by constructing a bore well under the A TM. When any type of external force is applied to the ATM it will automatically go down at the bottom of the well.

The American Astronautical Society (AAS) has organized an annual

student design-build-launch competition for space-related topics one of

them CANSAT.The aim was to design & simulate a space probe(mass of

probe shall be 500 grams.+/- 10 grams) entering a planetary atmosphere,

performing specific tasks at specific attitudes, consisting of a detachable

heat shield(to control descent rate of the probe as per the guidelines), an

electronics section (sampling the atmospheric conditions with continuous

telemetry of data) and a Hen’s egg that should survive throughout the

journey.

InMoov is a robot developed for artistic purposes by French sculptor Gaël Langevin[1] in September 2011 (The first blueprint files were published in January 2012 on Thingiverse[2]) Its peculiarity is that it is reproducible with a simple 3D printer small format (12cm3) and its files are under Creative Commons license (CC-BY-NC). The project is a platform for development and robot learning. On this basis and through this concept there were developed different iterations. InMoov is a humanoid robot, constructed out of 3D printable plastic body components, and controlled by Arduino microcontrollers.
