Andrew CieleckiSoftware DeveloperAndrew joined BEC in 2013 as a Software Developer, having gained over 20 years’ experience within the Auto ID industry, as well as also having previously worked in IT roles within the manufacturing and automotive industries. With a strong IT background which embraces both development and technical support, Andrew has the ability to acknowledge and understand customers’ technical requirements and is well-versed in creating versatile and sustainable data capture software solutions.

Mark JohnsonSoftware Development Manager After gaining valuable experience within the Electrical & Electronic Engineering sector, Mark joined BEC in March 2003 as a Software Engineer. He was promoted to the role of Software Development Manager in 2014. Tasked with overseeing, developing and monitoring BEC’s Software Development Team, Mark has a firm handle on all aspects of the development side of the business, thanks to his involvement within and exposure to a variety of different industries.

Eleanor WilsonMarketing ManagerWith over 15 years’ marketing experience within the AIDC industry, Ellie joined BEC in October 2013. Ellie has previously held the position of Northern European Marketing Manager at Honeywell, a job which saw her work extensively and collaboratively with a number of Honeywell’s pan-European technology partners, distributors and resellers. She has also worked as an Account Manager at Essential Communications, one of the industry’s leading B2B technology marketing and PR agencies.

John GriffithBusiness Development ManagerJohn recently joined BEC as a specialist in Maintenance & Inspection applications using Voice technology. After culminating a number of years’ experience as an international aftersales motor professional working for dealerships, manufacturers and corporates across the automotive industry, John specialises in the evaluation of our clients’ processes working within this industry in order to create innovative business-enhancement solutions.

Philip JarrettDirector of Sales and MarketingWith over 20 years’ experience within the AIDC industry, Phil has previously held Senior Positions at IBM, Datalogic, Honeywell and his own company, Mi-Zone, where he won the UK’s Special Award for Innovation & Technology from the Government’s Technology Strategy Board (UK-TSB) in 2009/10. With an intimate understanding of direct and indirect sales of both hardware and software, Phil joined BEC in Spring 2013 and is tasked with driving forward the commercial aspect of the business.

Andrew BriggsTechnical DirectorAndrew first joined BEC back in 1999 as a Software Engineer. After culminating over 20 years’ valuable experience within the AIDC industry, Andrew became Technical Director in 2013, and is tasked with driving forward the end-to-end supply chain and data capture solutions provided by BEC’s Technical Team. With a substantial depth of knowledge around the very latest technologies and ERP systems, Andrew is highly skillled in the integration of complex hardware and software solutions.

Stephen MarsdenFinancial DirectorEquipped with a Business and Accounts degree and a strong financial and commercial background spanning more than 25 years, Stephen started working for BEC in 1998 as a Financial Consultant. He later became the company’s Financial Director in 2005. Thanks to an in-depth knowledge of business monetary control and a diligent, methodical approach to strategic planning, Stephen is responsible for the day-to-day transactions made throughout the entire organisation.

Tony HampsonManaging DirectorWith a strong background in technical IT and over 30 years’ AIDC industry experience, Tony is one of the founding members of BEC (Systems Integration) Ltd. Starting out as a Software Engineer and Developer, Tony became BEC’s Operations Director in 2005 and Managing Director in 2013. With a specific competence in managing resources and a methodical attention to detail, Tony is responsible for handling BEC’s post-sales support, infrastructure and the strategy and direction of the company.
