BUSINESS HISTORY

The ICMC Industry and Trade Ltd. was formed in 1992 initially to serve the industries of the

region's mining triangle, engaging in industrial equipment manufacturing, assembly

and service of heating in general. Currently, given thework already done by the ICMC,

accumulating an experience of over 20b years with the constant technological improvement and

continuous improvement of products and processes, the company has become expert in

manufacturing, design and assembly of systems and equipment for transport, storage and

mixture and folders in general. The ICMC serves today a substantial part of the main companies

the fertilizer; Sucroalcoleiro, Chemical, Food, Mining, Cement and wood pellets, nationwide and

Mercosur countries.
