Područje primjeneSpecijalno oblikovani otpornički elementi, pravilan raspored elemenata, te upotreba različitih vrsta otporničkog materijala omogućuju široku primjenu otpornika kao naprimjer za:• uzemljenje zvjezdišta (transformatora, generatora)• primjenu u električnim tračničkim vozilima (lokomotive, elektromotorni

vlakovi, tramvaji)• regulaciju brzine i kontrolu motora• pražnjenje aku-baterija• terećenje• obnovljive izvore...

Rutinska ispitivanjaNa svakom izrađenom otporniku se prije same isporuke provodi rutinsko ispitivanje koje sačinjava:• provjeru vanjskih dimenzija• provjeru otpora kod 20°C• otpor izolacije.

Radni uvjeti i stupnjevi meh. zaštiteOtpornici se standardno koriste za temperaturu okoline < 55°C.Namijenjeni su za primjenu u svim vrstama područja (obalna područja, pustinjska područja, nuklearne elektrane, zagađene atmosfere i dr.).Stupnjevi mehaničke zaštite kreću se od IP00 do IP54, ovisno o zahtjevu kupca.

Area of applicationSpecially shaped resistive elements, proper arrangement of elements, and the use of different types of resistive materials allow a wide application:• earthing (transformer / generator)• railway vehicles (locomotives, EMU’s, trams)• regulation and control engine• battery discharge resistors (for periodic battery test)• load banks• renewable...

Routine testsOn each resistor is fabricated prior to the delivery carried out routine testing which consists of:• inspection of the outside dimensions• testing the resistance at 20°C• dielectric test.

Ambient conditions and protection degr.Resistors are commonly used for ambient temperature <55°C. They are intended for use in all types of areas (coastal areas, desert areas, nuclear power plants, polluted atmosphere, etc.).The protection degrees ranging from IP00 to IP54, depending on customer demand.

IZVEDBE DESIGNSOtpornici se izrađuju u dvije osnovne izvedbe:1. Otpornik izrađen od otporne žice namotane na porculanske cilindre.

Namotani cilindri (PC) složeni na okvire smješteni su u standardna kućišta (OPC).

2. Otporni slogovi sastavljeni su od otpornih elemenata izrađenih od antikorozivnog istegnutog lima. Spajanjem elemenata točkastim zavarivanjem eliminirani su prijelazni otpori između elemenata. Standardno, slogove se ugrađuje u kućišta OL, OLR i OLK.

NAZIVNI NAPON IZOLACIJE

Otpornici s limenim elementima 1000V AC / 1200V DC

Žičani otpornici 500V AC / 600V DC

Na zahtjev izrađujemo otpornike za više napone.

KUĆIŠTA

Stupanj mehaničke zaštite (sukladno normi IEC60529)IP10 - Kućište za smještaj otpornika u zatvorenom prostoru. Zaštitni plašt od istegnutog lima osigurava dobro hlađenje prirodnom cirkulacijom zraka.IP23 - Kućište za smještaj na otvorenom prostoru. Zaštitni limeni plašt i krov štite od prskajuće vode (60˚ prema vertikali).

OZNAČAVANJE OTPORNIKA

Dimenzije standardnih otpornika prikazane su mjernim skicama (str. 8 i 9).Na zahtjev izrađujemo otpornike prema zadanim dimenzijama.Otpornike možemo izraditi s odvojenim kućištima (vidi str. 10) što je potrebno navesti prilikom narudžbe.

Resistors are manufactured in two main designs:1. Resistor is made of the resistant wire wound on the porcelain cylinders.

Wounded cylinders (PC) arranged on the frames are placed in standard enclosures (OPC).

2. Resistor sets consist of resistance elements made of expanded corrosion-proof sheet-steel plates. The elements have been spot-weldeed in order to eliminate the transitive resistance between elements. The resistant sets are arranged in standard enclosures OL, OLR and OLK.

RATED INSULATION VOLTAGES

Resistors with sheet-steel elements 1000V AC / 1200V DC

Wire wound resistors 500V AC / 600V DC

On special request we can make resistors of higher voltages.

ENCLOSURES

Mechanical protection degree of standard enclosures (in compliance with standard IEC60529):IP10 - Enclosure for indoor arrangement of resistor. Protective cover of expanded thin metal plate ensures proper cooling with natural air circulation.IP23 - Enclosure for outdoor installation. Protective metal cover and roof for protection against spraying water falling at an angle up to 60˚ from the vertical.

MARKING

For standard enclosures see outline drawings (pages 8 & 9).On request we can make resistors with special dimensions.Resistors can be made in sections (see page 10) and that must be noted when ordering.

Uzemljenje je vodljivi spoj neke točke mreže ili dijela postrojenja koja može doći pod napon sa zemljom preko uzemljivača.Ovisno o mjestu i uvjetima ugradnje, postoji nekoliko tipova uzemljenja:• tzv. izolirano uzemljenje• direktno (kruto) uzemljenje• uzemljenje preko maloomskog otpornika• uzemljenje preko prigušnice• kombinacija prigušnice i otpornika.

Tvrtka KONČAR-NISKONAPONSKE SKLOPE I PREKIDAČI proizvodi maloomske otpornike koji se upotrebljavaju u distributivnim mrežama izmjenične struje za ograničenje struje greške koja teče kroz zvjezdište transformatora (tip OUN) ili generatora (tip OUG) u slučaju dozemnog spoja u sistemu. Prednosti uzemljenja maloomskim otpornicima su: lakše otkrivanje mjesta kvara, ograničenje struje kvara, smanjenje unutrašnjih prenapona transformatora odnosno generatora.

Ograničenjem struje ograničava se i napon dodira koji ne smije prelaziti određenu vrijednost. Nazivna vrijednost otpornika se odabire tako da struju greške ograniči na vrijednost potrebnu za proradu zaštitnih releja u traženom vremenskom periodu ( 5s, 10s,... ).

U standardnoj izvedbi otpornici se izrađuju za fazne napone mreže od 6kV, 12kV, 18kV i 21kV, struje greške 150A, 300A, 700A i 1000A te vremena 5s, 10s i 30s.

Uz standardne izvedbe, proizvodimo i otpornike prilagođene specijalnimzahtjevima pojedinih projekata.

Company KONČAR-NISKONAPONSKE SKLOPKE I PREKIDAČI is producing resistors for earthing 0-points used in the distribution networks of alternating current to the current limit fault that runs through the transformer (type OUN) or generator (type OUG) in the event of earth faults in the system.The main advantages of earthing with resistors are: easier detection of fault location, limitation of fault current, no transient over voltages.

Current limitation restricts the power of touch and not to exceed a certain value. The nominal value of the resistor is selected to limit the fault current to a value required for going through the protective relay in the requested time period (5s, 10s,...).

As standard, the resistors are made for the phase voltage networks of 6kV, 12kV, 18kV and 21kV, the fault current 150A, 300A, 700A and 1000A and fault duration 5s, 10s and 30s.

Besides the standard versions we make the resistors developed and customized according to the required project characteristics on request.

Kućište EnclosureKućišta u koja se ugrađuju otpornički moduli izrađena su od čeličnog lima u modularnom sistemu tako da omogućuju "rastezljivost" volumena u ovisnosti o količini aktivnog otporničkog dijela. Konstrukcija kućišta je takva da omogućava pristup bilo kojem dijelu otpornika sa svih strana. Takvo rješenje znatno pridonosi kvaliteti i lakoći održavanja. Ovisno o nazivnim vrijednostima otpora, otpornik može imati "n" jediničnih modula, koji se međusobno spajaju u transportne cjeline. Na mjestu ugradnje transportne cjeline se spajaju u jedinstveno kućište. Standardna izvedba kućišta je vruće cinčano i bojano. Na zahtjev kućišta se mogu izraditi i od prokrona, plastificirana ili samo vruće cinčana.

Enclosures with integrated resistive modules are made of steel sheet in a modular system to provide "expansion" in volume depending on the amount of active resistive part. The construction of enclosure is such that allows access to any part of the resistor from all sides. Such a solution significantly contributes to the quality and easiness of maintenance. Depending on the resistance value, the resistor may have "n" of unit modules, which are connected to the carrier units. On-site transport units are combined in a single enclosure. Standard enclosure is hot galvanized and painted. At the request enclosures can be made from stainless steel and powder coated or hot-dip galvanized.

ConnectionConnection of the generator or transformer star point is made via a highvoltage bushing (12kV / 24kV) that is located on the junction box in the top region of the body. Removing the lid of the connection box is possible to access the current transformer and terminals for the merger. Ground terminal resistor is done via low bushing located at the bottom of the resistor. On request we make resistors with cable entrance.

PriključivanjePriključak zvjezdišta transformatora ili generatora izvodi se preko visokonaponskog provodnog izolatora (12kV / 24kV) koji je smješten na spojnoj kutiji u gornjem dijelu kućišta. Skidanjem poklopca spojne kutije moguć je pristup strujnom transformatoru i stezaljkama za njegovo spajanje. Priključak uzemljenja otpornika izvodi se preko niskonaponskog provodnog izolatora smještenog na donjem dijelu otpornika. Na zahtjev izrađujemo i otpornike s kabelskim ulazom.

Stupanj mehaničke zaštiteProtection degreeStandardno kućište za vanjsku montažu izrađeno je u stupnju mehaničke zaštite IP23 (IEC 60529). Za unutarnju montažu isporučuju se otpornici bez zaštite od dodira i vode (IP00). Ugradnja takvog otpornika predviđena je u posebnu prostoriju ili ako se ugrađuje u veću prostoriju s ostalom opremom, predviđeno je da se dio prostorije s otpornikom pregradi zaštitnom mrežom. Ostali stupnjevi mehaničke zaštite na zahtjev.

The standard enclosure for outdoor use is made in the degree of protection IP23 (IEC 60529). Breaking resistorsBreaking resistors which are used to transform kinetic energy of the vehicle into heat by means of electric breaking, are usually installed on the roof of a vehicle. Enclosure, activ part, bolts, nuts and washers are made of stainless steel. The resistors are cooled by air without the use of fans for forced cooling. Breaking resistors are made according to IEC 60322.

Skretnički otpornici Rail-switch resistorsSkretnički otpornik koristi se u trenutku prebacivanja tramvajske skretnice. Rotorski uljni pokretač konstruktivno je izveden od dva bitna dijela: stepenaste preklopke i otpornika. Stepenasta sklopka je uronjena u ulje. Simetričnim preklapanjem otpornika kao i relativno velikim brojem pokretačkih položaja uspješno se ograničavaju udarci struje.

Oil-immersed rotor starter is constructed of two essential parts: a change-over switch and a resistor. The change-over switch is immersed into oil. By simmetrical changeover switching of the resistor as well as by a relatively great number of starting positions, the current impulses are successfuly reduced.

Rotorski uljni pokretači serije PU namijenjeni su za pokretanje asinkronih kliznokolutnih motora snage do 1400kW uz puni teret, odnosno 2800kW uz pola tereta. Pokretači nisu dimenzionirani za trajni rad, tj. za regulaciju brzine vrtnje motora. Prednost pred zrakom hlađenim pokretačima je u mnogostruko manjem volumenu i mogućnosti većeg broja uzastopnih pokretanja zbog velikog toplinskog kapaciteta ulja.

Oil-immersed rotor starters of the PU series are intended for starting of three-phase slip-ring induction motors with the power up to 1400kW at the full charge, or 2800kW at half a charge. The starters are not dimensioned for continuous duty, i.e. for motor speed control. Their advantage in comparison with air-cooled starters is their considerably smaller volume and possibillity of a greater number of consecutive starting operations due to a great heat capacity of oil.

U standardnoj izvedbi pokretači serije PU opremljeni su motornim pogonom za daljinsko upravljanje naponom 230V, 50Hz i ručnim pogonom. Na pokretače za motore veće od 160kW može se prigraditi reduktor s trofaznim kaveznim motorom koji služi za daljinsko upravljanje pokretačem (upravljački napon 3x400V, 50Hz). Na poseban zahtjev mogu se isporučiti pokretači i s nekim drugim upravljačkim naponom te samo ručnim pogonom.

In the standard version PU starters are equipped with a motor drive for remote control operation of 230V, 50Hz voltages and hand-operated device. A reductor with a 3-phase cage induction motor can be mounted into the starter for motors of more than 160kW for the remote control of the starter (the control voltage is 3x400V, 50Hz). On request starters can be delivered with other control voltage and an only hand-operated device.

Otpornici za terećenje standardno se izrađuju za napone od 24V DC do 220V DC, te struje pražnjenja od 16A do 200A. Ostale vrijednosti na upit. Regulacija struje (gruba i fina) vrši se pomoću ugrađenih grebenastih sklopki. U svrhu lakše manipulacije, otpornici posjeduju ručice te na zahtjev i kotače.

Load bank resistors standard are made for voltages from 24V DC to 220V DC, and the discharge current from 16A to 200A. Other values on request. Current control (coarse and fine) is performed by built-in rotary cam switches. For easier manipulation, resistors have handles and on request also wheels.

Otpornici za terećenje koriste se za provjeru ispravnosti sustava napajanja u nuždi, što uključuje generatore, besprekidno napajanje, akumulatore kao i za mnoge druge primjene. Kućišta se izrađuju od galvanski cinčanog ili nehrđajućeg čeličnog lima. Otpornici mogu biti hlađeni prirodnom cirkulacijom ili prisilno pomoću ugrađenih ventilatora.

Load bank resistors are used for high power load testing of emergency power systems including generators, uninterruptible power supplies, battery systems and other load applications. Enclosures are made from galvanized or stainless steel. The resistors can be cooled by air or with the fans for forced cooling.
