【Introduction】

Following the evolution of Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing has become a future trend for the

【Photoelectric Sensors】

Delta offers four types of photoelectric sensor products, including flat type, cylindrical type, lateral

type and rectangular type, to meet different application installation needs. The M3 thread design

matches most sensors in the market for easy installation and replacement.

Rectangular type: Adaptable to a variety of industrial environments. Our new rectangular type

(TEACH) provides a brand new exterior with the user-friendly TEACH button design as another

sensor choice.

Flat type: Easy to install on all equipment, no space limitations.

Cylindrical type: The M18 nickel-coated brass allows customers to easily mount it on their

machines, and the TEACH button design offers user-friendly control.

Lateral type: Slim design, easy-to-assemble and provides customers with a sensor alternative.

【Inductive Proximity Sensors】

Nickel coated brass design is suitable for ferrous metal sensing applications. The inductive

sensors follow the standard M12 and M18 design commonly used in the industry, and offer a wider

detection range with the same dimensions to provide easier and faster installation. Detection

range is 2 ~ 12mm.

【Laser Displacement Sensors】(To be launched in Q2, 2017)

Delta’s Laser Displacement precisely measures the changes in distance of target objects with a

measuring range from 30mm to 210 mm. Delta provides three types of laser displacement sensors

with different sensing distances to meet the demand for measurement accuracy. All can be used

in controlling, sorting, and inspection tasks for quality control, workflows, and processes.

Applications include dimension, thickness, position, and shape measurements.
