    ABSTRACT

    The purpose of this study is to find out the reason for attrition, and frame

    employee retention and its effectiveness are taken a core factor. Using simple

    Random sampling the total number of 200 respondents was contacted. The study was

    successfully completed and opinions of the respondents were analyzed and the results

    were obtained with help of statistical tools. The findings are presented in this report.

    For this survey structured questionnaire was used for gathering information from the

    employees.
