Dear all,

This is an extremely special moment for me. I am at the onset of my term as president of prestigious organization Rotary Club of Panuati and I am very much delighted to be here with you all to celebrate 4th Installation ceremony of Rotary Club of Panauti.

A decade in Rotary hs been a roller coaster ride starting from Rotaract as Charter President of Rotaract Club of Phulbari in 2009 was milestone. I still remember the day of Charter Presentation Ceremony where PDG handover Charter Certificate. From that day I am being continuously involved in rotary movements.

For me it’s the matter of pride that in the 10th year of my rotary journey, I am upholding the leadership responsibility as President of Rotary Club of Panauti.

I Rotarian Prakash Kuinkel whole heartily accept to bear the office of President of Rotary Club of Panauti and will do my best for the betterment of our organization.

Dear fellow Rotarians, without support from each members president alone can do nothing. I hope for your continuous support in upcoming presidential responsibilities. With our joint effort we will achieve the best result in advancing RC Panauti's goal & in building the Rotary image among societies.

'Rotary Connects the World' theme given by RI President Mark Maloney , Yes definitely we will connect the world with service and fellowship . Similarly we will not not forget the main motto of 'Rotary Service above Self' and the District Governer theme for this year 'Dream it , wish it and do it'. We already dreamed , wished and we will do with joint effort of each members.

I am very much thankful to all the my family, Rotaract club of Phulbari, Rotary Club of Bhaktpur, Rotary/Rotaract District 3292 , all well-wishers who had helped me knowingly or knowingly till date to be in this position and my special thanks goes to members of RC Panauti.

I congratulate IPP Sujit Karmacharya for successfully completing his tenure and asure you all that I will carry on all the running projects and programs and will do something new for the Rotary Movement in Panauti.

I have disseminate the plans focusing all the seven areas of focus in coordination with all the committees and sub committees of club. For fulfilling the plans and achieving the goal I need support from each members, rotaractors, interactors, Rotary district, Partner organization, donors, local Government and concerned authorities.

Last but not the least , without empowering youth nothing is possible , so my focus would be more to energise the Rotaract in coming days which is also on the topmost priority of RI. Finally I request all of you to work together for the betterment of our community and build the image of Rotaray, ROtaract and Interact together.

President NomineeRY 2019/20

Dear Fellow Rotarians,

With the start of new Rota Year fills energy, hope and thoughts in our mind. I hope all of us are at the onset of the respective term in the office of prestigious organization Rotary Club of Panuati and I am very much delighted to present the 4th issue of Indreshwor Newsletter of Rotary Club of Panauti.

Congratulations Rtn. Dr. Prakash Kuinkel for undertaking the vital role as President of your Club for the RY 2019-20. I do believe that your leadership in the year 2019-20 will build up the image of RC Panauti to a new height through services to community, building friendship and mutual understanding and harmony within the Club and with the fellow Rotarians at large. I have also a deep appreciation for the excellent achievement made by the team led by the President Sujit Karmacharya during the year 2018-19.

We need to grow Rotary. The stronger and more diverse our membership, the more ambitious we can be in our service, and more attractive we could be to the kinds of women and men who will bring the most to Rotary. But the strong and diverse membership does not happen by itself. Nor will it happen, if our approach to membership is simply exerting our members to invite their friends.

We need to focus on membership on a way that is structural not individual. Instead of asking who do we know, ask- who are we missing? What vocation, what organization, what position in the community do we need and who are the people who can " ll those positions?

Just as important, what value we have to offer to these people in our club? What do we need to do to help the people we attract to Rotary, become truly engaged, valuable, and life long members?

Let’s work together and let us all be connected in our Rotary journey to achieve goals & plan of action and make Rotary Club of Panauti vibrant and relevant to serve the general public and the world at large.
