GSPC LNG Ltd. is a Company, promoted by State
Government owned Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation
(GSPC) to set up the LNG terminal at Mundra to meet
the growing demand of energy in the vibrant state of
Gujarat and beyond.
Equity structure of promoters is as below:
Govt. of Gujarat and its entities 50%
Adani Group 25%
Strategic investor 25%

GSPC LNG Limited is setting up a terminal for
import, storage and regasification of liquefied natural gas
(LNG) of a capacity of five (5) MMTPA and expandable
up to ten (10) MMTPA at Mundra, state of Gujarat,
India.
The site of the LNG Terminal is at approximately
three hundred (300) kilometres south - west of
Gandhinagar in district of Kutch, state of Gujarat.
Mundra Port is well connected with the vast hinterland
of western and north Indian states, which have huge
potential for demand of regasified LNG
