4. (iii) Work Experience: 8 to 12 years’ experience in CSR and Sustainability; Flair for forging corporate partnerships for resource mobilization is appreciated; Experience in Corporate communication as a component preferred; Applicant should have sound knowledge of Section 135 and other relevant sections of the Companies Act, 2013, National Voluntary Guidelines (NVGs), Business Responsibility Reporting (BRR), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), National Priority Areas, Prime Minister Schemes and other Government related schemes in development sector.

(iv)Job Description The applicant should be able to: -

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Corporate Partnerships/Business Development Managing the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of portfolio of

new partners to get projects on CSR and NVGs Researching and formulating a database of corporate Develop new corporate relationships through networking events, meetings, Preparing and presenting concept notes, proposals and presentations to

corporates Managing portfolio of existing and new partners; including annual joint business

plans, tracking and monitoring of partnership programs in the field, leading partnership trips and consolidating reporting requirements

Work on clear, measurable and aggressive goals and timelines to acquire such partnerships and continually monitor and report progress on a monthly level .

B. Technical and Programmatic

Design templates and guidelines for effective implementation and execution of Need Base Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation of CSR Projects, Impact Assessment, and Reporting of CSR and Business Responsibility.

Coordination at field level to execute stakeholders’ consultations and interactions

C. Communications and Advocacy Develop External Engagement Strategy and oversee execution Conduct National and International level consultations, conferences, conclaves

and other networking activities. Supervise communications activities such as the Annual Report, others as the

annual calendar dictates Liaison with Ministry of Corporate Affairs Spearhead, with minimal budget, the development and execution of a

national level PR and social campaign for promotion of NFCSR Articulate and deliver through a focused communications plan which should

incorporate clear goals, aimed at creating enduring salience for the NFCSR brand.

Lead production of materials (brochures, presentations, etc) to mobilize interest of the stakeholders

D. SKILLS:

Proven track record in CSR and Sustainability practices from the private sector or Public Sector strongly recommended.

Ability to design and implement marketing strategies to mobilize corporates who fall in CSR ambit as per Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Background in Corporate Affairs and Communication as a component preferred; Ability to identify win-win proposition for all partners Knowledge of the key issues related to National Priorities of India. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare and

deliver presentations to corporate audience Willingness to travel about 20 percent of time.

Law or Corporate Affairs. (iii)Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; (iv) Job Description

Decoding and content analysis of annual reports of sample companies Design, testing and administration of survey instrument to address the research

objectives Analysing and framing case studies for understanding the nuances of role of IDs in

corporate strategy and governance practices. Conducting in-depth interviews with board members and senior executives of the

corporates. 6. (i) Name of Position : Research Associate- National Voluntary Guidelines (ii) Essential Educational Qualification : Post-graduate degree in Social Works/Business

Administration/Public Health/CSR and Sustainability related field/LLB. (iii) Work Experience : 1 to 4 years’ experience in legal research, CSR and Sustainability,

government sector in IFD and experience in financial examination. Age not more than 62 years. (iv)Job Description

1. The Senior Consultant (Finance) will be responsible for budgetary control and management to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources in line with Government financial management policies and procedures.

2. Specific responsibilities will include the following: Examination of proposals as per government financial rules and advice; Coordinating preparation of budgetary planning and processes; Ensuring compliance with Government financial regulations; Preparing financial reports, including annual budget execution reports, quarterly

financial statements for programme and operational budgets; Monitoring and controlling expenditure within the approved budget; Liaising with the parent Ministry for Grant; Ensuring the compliances of financial rules for the programme and activities; Providing strategic advice and guidance on all issues of financial management; Any other task related to finance and accounts

8. (i) Name of the position: Company Secretary (ii) Essential Qualification: Qualified the final examination of the Institute of Company

secretary of India (ICSI) (iii) Work Experience:

Should have worked in Autonomous Body, PSU, Public Sector Enterprises or Private Institutions of repute with at least 1-3 years of experience.

Good communication skills. (iv) Job Responsibility

Knowledge of compliance reports and Provisions of Companies Act, 2013 including latest amendments.

Knowledge to prepare and maintain the records of minutes of the meetings of the Board of Governors.

iii. Experience to organize board meetings, to notify and apprise the board of governors on the upcoming meeting, to prepare the agenda of the meetings and maintain the minutes of meeting records for future references.

9. (i) Name of Position :Consultant – HR & Admin (ii) Essential Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Post graduate or

MBA/ Law is preferred. (iii) Work experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. (iv) Job Responsibilities:

a. Building and Estate Management Good drafting and communication skills Responsible for all facility management of the Campus spread out in 14 acres,

upkeep and maintenance of Main Administrative Building consisting of 8 floors, Hostel, residential, Retreat, Sports Complex, Gym, etc.

Maintenance of building condition and make recommendations for short and long term upgrades/refurbishment, including capital works.

Management of CCTV Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, conducting Fire Evacuation Programs, Maintenance & Engineering Services, Building Management System, lifts, electrical, UPS, DG & Data Centre, Sprinkler, Air-conditioning, HVAC, Transformer, Solar System of 75 KW, etc.

Set and implement detailed guidelines and procedures for the on-going management operation.

Set cleaning and housekeeping procedures and management of housekeeping workers.

Maintain a pleasing environment with good landscaping maintenance and indoor planting and outdoor, seasonal plantation, and horticulture matters.

Ensure proper functioning of operations of electrical, plumbing staff, Carpenters, mechanical / technical staff/ engineers.

Examination and verification of Bills of Contractors ensuring statutory compliances Disposal of goods under GFR / e-waste management and prevailing laws Preparation of proposals or examination thereof. Ensure economization of utility and electricity consumptions

c. Academic/Programmes Responsible for making arrangements for training programmes/ workshops/

training within the Campus or outside Campus wherever required and related logistics arrangements.

Management of classrooms, its facilities and equipments during training days or none training days.

Coordination with Schools and Centres for academic & class room requirement. Coordination with seminars, conferences and workshops at IICA, Manesar.

• Two to four years’ experience in work relating to typing in offices under social sector/corporate sector/universities/ research organizations. Stenography would be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage organised filing of papers/documents and support the Centre Head in generating documents/proposals/presentations/ file notes

• Good skills in MS-WORD, MS-EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc. • Good communications skills in Hindi and preferably in English

Interview for Senior Research Associate in (a) Institutional Partnerships & Corporate Communications and (b)School of Competition Law & Market Regulation has been postponed till further advertisement. Remuneration and other Conditions: i. Selected candidates shall be required to sign a contract with IICA and join the duties immediately. ii. The consolidated remuneration as mentioned above indicates upper limit and the actual amount as will be commensurate to experience and Qualifications of a candidate.

iii. No other allowances will be payable. However if the person, travel out of the Headquarters he will be entitled to TA/DA as admissible. iv. The assignment is on a full time basis and the person will be required to attend the office on all the working days and on holidays, if required. v. The period of engagement will be initially for a period of as stated above, which may, at the discretion of the competent authority be either extended or curtailed. vi. The person will be required to maintain decorum, discipline as expected of a Central Government Officer. vii. The contract can be terminated by either side by giving notice for a period of one month or one month’s consolidated emoluments in lieu thereof. viii. The contract can be terminated without notice by the competent authority, if at any time the conduct, performance, activities of the individual are found detrimental to the interests of the organization.
