From CEO’s DeskDear Bankers,

As you are aware, a separate Training Vertical to cater the training requirements of Banking and financial sector was formed in IIBF and has been functioning since 2012 in tandem with the vision and mission of the organization. IIBF has developed state-of-the-art training facilities at its Leadership center in Mumbai. The Institute is conducting the training programmes for the employees of banking and financial sector at our Professional Development Centers also located in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi respectively. I have pleasure to share that various Banks and FIs have been consistently and

continuously supporting IIBF’s training activities during the last 7 years.

The Institute has been circulating Year-wise Training calendar for the benefit of the users. The calendar for the year 2019 is ready for circulation. Care has been taken to design new courses and also to continue with the existing programmes which are regularly demanded by the banks /FIs. We have updated the contents of the programmes wherever required.

The Institute is also conducting customized in company programmes for different banks within the country and abroad, based on the requirements in different areas including the Trainers Training. Customized training programmes are conducted at our campus as well as in the concerned bank’s premises. Utmost care is taken to make each programme participative, interactive and trainee oriented rather than just a trainer managed programme. Our well informed and experienced Faculty Members and learned empaneled guest Faculties always strain for abundant value additions in each programme in order to ensure considerable improvement in the exit behavior of the trainees compared to their entry behavior.

This Training Calendar 2019 does not include the post examination class room training for our Blended Courses under the identified Capacity building programmes as per the regulatory guidelines. These programmes will be scheduled separately based on the number of eligible candidates at different locations. In addition, virtual class room training programmes are conducted from our Leadership Center at Mumbai as per the schedule communicated to the candidates individually in advance.

This year your Institute has stepped in to the 91st year of service to the banking industry. We seek continued support of the banking community for our various training and other academic endeavors.
