Ihe report of the Auditors of the Treasurer’s accounts was read and the thanks of the Society were given to the Treasurer and to the Auditors.

The Lists of Fellows and Foreign Members deceased and of Fellows elected into the Society since the last Anniversary were read.

The Report to the Society from the Council upon the work during the past year was, upon the motion of the President, received.

The President delivered his Anniversary Address. On the motion of Sir Oliver Lodge, seconded by Sir Gilbert Walker, the thanks of the Society were returned to the President for his Address.
