    New Hardware Support DRC (Data Router Cassette)

    New Features DDI Numbers Menu: DDI numbers can now be allocated with a name so that you caneasily recognize them as your own number and not as the main number.

    Call Limit: All DDIS can have a call limit set on them, any caller after this limit will get abusy tone.

    Answers Page: The ability of extensions to answer page calls can now be set on or off. Supervisor/ACD Messages: Up to 30 ACD messages can be setup for system wide use,each message has a number, a short name to use within TT turret displays and a textmessage for use by the ACD system. Each TT turret can have 8 messages selected fromthe 30 Supervisor messages on the system.

    Busy Wrap-Up Timeout: This timeout sets how long, in seconds, an ACD terminal canstay in Busy Wrap-Up before returning automatically to active.

    Auto Log On: Allow POT devices to automatically log on as ACD Agents. DSS/BLF Key Enhancements: A main number can now be programmed under a DSS/BLFkey. Line groups programmed under a DSS/BLF key now give a single ring on eachgreen lamp flash.

    Mobile Number: Any terminal can be twinned to another. When a Mobile number is set,calls to the terminal ring both the terminal and its mobile number at the same time. Ifeither terminal is busy then the caller receives busy. A licence key is required to enable

    this function.

    New Features Call Limit Enhancement: Call Limit value can toggle between calls accepted or callswaiting.

    Personal CLI: When dialing out you can have your own DDI number sent out instead ofthe main number (for Euro ISDN only).

    Daily Database Backup: Used to be hourly is now every 24 hours. Enhanced DPNSS (Integrated Networking): Normal Internal Call Information Display,Internal/External Ringing Differentiation, Dial Ahead Across Network, Matching GroupPage, Retrieve Trunk Parked Calls.

    Other Changes Caller Information Display Change: INDeX Level 7.2 gives preference to the callingparty CLI or name rather than the called party on DT terminal displays.

    Absence Messages Enhanced: Absence messages are now displayed when set (theterminal does not have to be in No Calls without a Divert all number set.

    INDeX Feature & Speed Dials: The ?INDeX option shown on an idle terminal no longerincludes speed dial names. When SPEED DIAL is pressed, it now offers ?INDeX optionto select a speed dial by name.

    Personal Alarms on Pot's: POT users can set personal alarms. This will be particularlyuseful in the hospitality industry.

    No GCU Support: INDeX Level 8.0 does not support the attachment of SDX 420N GCU'S ALOG 24 Cassette Support: This cassette provides 24 analogue terminal connections. Basic Rate Interface Combo (BRIC): Cassette Provides 8 analogue terminal circuits, 4BRI circuits and 16 DSLC circuits.

    Voice Compression Cassette (VCC): Allows up to 7 calls to be routed across the sameLine (BRI, E-PRI, DASS II and DPNSS).

    Support for CCM and IVM: Call Centre Modules and Integrated Voice Manager.

    New Features Guest Services: Level 8.0 includes the first implementation of INDeX Hospitalityfeatures.

    System Speed Dials: The number of system speed dials has increased to 1800.

    Combo Cassette Licence: Allows the use of Combo cassettes with CPU cassettes otherthan CPU-100.

    DECT V24 Integration: Provides INDeX DECT DH1 handset users with additionalfeatures.

    CSV Upload: System speed dials can be uploaded to the switch as comma separatevariable text files.

    Splash Calls: Display terminals can select to auto-answer internal calls. Hot Desking: Terminals can be set as Hot Desk and a User who is not associated to aterminal can Log On to any available Hot Desk terminal taking with them Diverts, DSSkeys, Pick Up Groups, etc.

    New Hardware Support New PRI Cassette: Supports external user transfer.

    New Features IVM Lite: Dial 1 to transfer from mailbox. Message Waiting Lights: Will now be recorded for logged off users, the message light

    will appear when the user logs back on. INDeX CLI Routing: Any main number can be routed differently depending on what CLIis received.

    INDeX CLI Handling: Calls that are transferred off switch can now put out the InboundCLI, Personal CLI or No CLI (PRI Only).

    Selective Group Access: Users in more than one group can now select which group theywish to receive calls on, they can also specify their Group Ringer Timeout and GroupRinging Tone.

    Call Waiting: Now available on analogue phones. Dial in Conferencing: Allows users to dial a number to join a conference call. 20 Series Handsets BLF: Busy extensions will now flash intermittent on/off red lampsand a disconnected extension will be permanent red.

    No Calls: No calls can be overridden from configurable display terminals. NOC/WOC Enhancements: NOC Associated terminals now offer the volume key. Doorphone entry systems can now be opened.

    Enhanced Busy Divert: Busy divert set to another user who has busy divert set willroute to the first called party's mailbox.

    Agent Remote Logon: Agents at remote sites can now login to a call centre on anothersite during busy periods. This is done via an IPNC cassette.

    Personal Numbering: P.N allows a user to modify their terminal divert options via DTMFcontrol. The user has six divert fields Home, Mobile, Desk, Delegate, Other and

    Voicemail. This feature is supported through the IVM version 1.5.
