IT SOLUTIONS

We apply the integration of advanced technologies, which are used in the field of automation and industrial automatic control. They are complemented to the area of control systems and data monitoring disciplines, industrial instrumentation, process control and industrial communication networks.

In this area we include the following services:

• Project development processes to maximize productivity standards and preservation of the integrity of operators (HMI).

AUTOMATION AND PROCESS CONTROL

• Management and comprehensive project implementation.

• Engineering specification and selection of sensors and instruments.

• Programming of control devices (PLC, RTU, DCS, etc.).

• Programming and configuration of SCADA and HMI.

• Development of specific applications (Real Time, Drivers, communication protocols,etc.).

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) is a software application specially designed to run on computers in industrial production control. It communicates with the field devices through specific drivers (autonomous controllers, PLCs, etc.) and controls the process automatically from the computer screen. It also provides to various users all the information that is generated in the production process.

Communication is done through special buses or LANs and runs in real time. Our SCADA systems are designed to give the plant operator the ability to monitor and control these processes.

SCADA-HMI In this area we include services that we can offer:

• Experts in SCADA systems, acquisition and generation of historical data.

• Adhoc development through OPC / OPC-UA protocols.

• Implementation of solutions in commercial platforms iFix, Citec,Wonderware, Wincc.

• Communication drivers Modbus RTU/ASCII.

• Industrial networks HART, Profibus, Fieldbus.

• Implementation of SCADA / HMI, business services and communication interfaces with PLC / RTU (new systems and migration) systems.

Preventive maintenance includes inspection, cleaning and regular and systematic replacement of worn parts and materials. An effective preventive maintenance reduces failures and maintains the equipment in good working status.

Corrective maintenance is one that focuses exclusively on repairing the damage or failure of equipment and facilities and restore correct operation.

PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE This type of service can have two ways;

• Immediate: This is done instantly to the observation of the fault with the means currently available way.

• Deferred: implies stop the equipment to carry out repairs later.

Both services are carried out by appropriately qualified personnel, following procedures established and thoroughly tested in accordance with national and international standards.

The instrumentation for process control is the window to the reality of what is happening in certain process, and determines if it is aimed to where we want. Otherwise, we can use the instruments to act on some parameters of the system and proceed in a corrective way.

PROCESS CONTROL INSTRUMENTATION

telecommunications, CCTV and instruments.

• Development of architectural drawings control, block diagrams, link diagrams and wiring plans.

• Maintenance, calibration and validation of controllers, analog and digital instruments (temperature, pressure, etc.).

The fluid measurement requires the most precise percentage of reading in the industrial variables. No other variable have the importance of this, since no flow measurements would be impossible the material balance, custody transfer and process control.

The high demands of the current market in terms of transfer of custody, must develop increasingly accurate systems, which are based on international standards (API, AGA, etc.). ENMED has extensive experience in the development and maintenance of these systems in various international projects.

FLUID MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS

Some of the services that we can offer in this area are:

• Maintenance, validation and calibration of analog, digital process transmitters and probes: pressure, temperature, multivariable, flow, etc.

• Configuration, validation and implementation of flow computers.
