• Critical Remarks
Loss of focus on the original SE target group people with severe disabilities
Less possibilities for individualised approaches due to the higher standardisation in programms
Artificially created interfaces (sometimes 3 or 4 support service professionals within 2 years)
Youth with behavioural difficulties to the cost of youth with learning difficulties?
Key Points of Learning
• Positive:
Well established methodology spread to other target groups
Positive experience in applying the Supported Employment tool kit for diversity (the outcome of an EU programme)
Growing funds over the last few years including ESF Bigger target group leads to more standardisation,
professionalisation of staff and better „market penetration“ (e.g., all schools are contacted by youth coaches)
