Museum School Workshop The Ceramic Art of Michelle Erickson: World Class Maker Saturday, June 14, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m.InCiteful Clay exhibition artist, Michelle Erickson, is internationally recognized for her mastery and reinterpretation of historical ceramic techniques. During this workshop she will demonstrate a wide range of lost techniques from ceramic history, such as; slipware, agateware, press molding, and natural casting. She will also be throwing and molding to explore pattern and form. For more information, go to arkansasartscenter.org/visiting-artist-workshop. This workshop is offered in conjunction with a Friends of Contemporary Craft (FOCC) Conversation scheduled for Sunday, June 15. Admission to the Conversation is not included in the cost of this workshop; separate reservations are required.
