Netherlands exists of a lot of of (semi-)autonomous microgrids

Cooperation between these microgrids is a necessity

Cooperation within the microgrids too!

This results in an hierarchical structure for the Smart Grid management system

Different methodologies should be able to cooperate, each with their own objective

Standards and interfaces become more and more important!
