PMICV is offering an opportunity to earn 2 PDUs at this evening event with
Rich Hayes and Brenda Caforia-Weeber on Wednesday, October 19th.
Brenda and Rich will present their experiences with respect to the
implementation of a Stage Gate Process for IT Projects and Portfolio
Management at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. They will discuss the business
imperatives addressed and the values derived from this process as well as
future direction for enhancement and integration across the Keurig
enterprise. This presentation is intended to be very interactive, and
audience participation will be much welcomed.

3 Days Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Test Preparation Boot Camp
PMI Champlain Valley Chapter and Desai Management Consulting have partnered to offer Project Management training programs to the PMICV members. The first training offering is a 3 days PMI - PMP Certification Boot Camp scheduled for November 9, 10 and 11th at the
Best Western Conference Center in South Burlington, VT.
