Welcome to The Dance Refinery!

As we celebrate 44 years in business, I feel truly proud and blessed when I look back on the journey

of these remarkable years! I want to take this opportunity to recognize and thank you, our loyal

clients, who have expressed confidence in the staff and myself.

The current student receives a one time $40 credit on monthly tuition (after the new student has paid in full for two full

months of class).

A new student is defined as one who has NEVER been enrolled at The Dance Refinery. The new student will receive HALF

OFF the Registration fee and a one time 10% discount at The Dance Depot.

In order to receive your credit for the current Fall/Winter/Spring Session, referred students must be registered by April 1st. Any students

referred after April 1st may fill out a referral card and take advantage of the program when they re-register the following Fall Session. Due

to the short length of the Summer Session, we do not offer the referral program in the Summer.

The Referral form MUST be turned in at Registration by the new family. You are allowed only one referral PER NEW FAMILY.

Bring a friend to class—you can carpool or just meet here and visit while your children are in class. Check out the November Newsletter where we will recognize those families that have already referred friends to TDR for the Fall 19-20 season!

Please be aware of these changes and check with the office before taking a make-up lesson as some of the classes

have changed since the original printing of our Fall/Winter/Spring Schedule.

CLASS NOTES There are still openings in Dance, Gymnastics,

& Gladiator classes Perhaps now that everyone has adjusted to their new school and activity schedules,

you can add another tumbling or dance class. Remember, three is the magic number - half off your child’s third class or half off a third child’s class lessons (applied to the child with the lowest monthly

tuition.) Please note, the list of full classes changes daily, as families add new classes or switch classes. Please check with the office staff for the most

current information.

Please use your Picnic Notes Packet (handed out on July 21) as a reference for all PG Information!

CONTEST FEE INSTALLMENTS:

Installments are due by the 20th of each month (starting in September). Please refer to your Performing Group Picnic

Packet for the amount you need to pay. If you have any questions, please leave a message for Alyssa in the office. (You

may pay towards your account at any time during the month. However, payments must be on a separate check from

tuition.).

MANDATORY REHEARSALS: Artists In Motion, AIM Teen, & AIM II conflicts for the Mandatory Sunday Rehearsals WERE due in the office by

BIRTH CERTIFICATES: We need NEW Performing Group Members to bring in your birth certificate. We will make two copies while you wait.

One is kept on file, the other is used at competition.

COMPETITIONS AND RECITAL:

TWO regional competitions and recital are MANDATORY for ALL performing groups.

Please put these weekends on your calendar now and hold open the entire weekend.

Please Note: Only 15 routines are able to compete at the this competition.

TDR Staff will be selecting the 15 numbers to represent us.

JR (Ages 6-10) = $260.00

Teen ( Ages 11-13) = $260.00

SR ( Ages 14 and Up) = $260.00

Observer = $50.00

Indianapolis Tremaine fees are due in the TDR office by Monday, January 20th to get the discounted rate. Any

registration fees paid after this date are charged the Full Registration Rate ($10.00 more).

*Tremaine has opened their hotel discount rates at the Indianapolis Marriott East

*All Show Choir Students or students with a Spring activity, please check your calendars now! If you think

Tremaine dates will be a potential conflict for you, you need to schedule a time to meet with Lynn ASAP!
