REMARKS:
1. The organizer will not allow exhibitors to decorate your booth beyond stated hours.
2. Exhibitors have to store their belongings, exhibits and all equipment inside their booth area only.

3. Exhibitors must store their exhibits in their booth and instantly move out after the last show day (March
25, 2018) finish.
4. In case of the delayed move-out, Exhibitors must take responsible for late fee and expenses of any
damages that occur if there is any damage found. The organizer will not be responsible in any case.
EXHIBITOR BADGE Please bring Form 1 (Exhibitor Badge) to contact the organizer at the service
counter in front of MAWLAMYINE CITY HALL on 21 MARCH 2018, 09.00 – 18.00 hrs.
Exhibitors are entitled to receive 4 exhibitor badges per booth. Additional charges 5 USD for
each badge.
Exhibitor Badge is valid from move in period until move out period.
Exhibitors must wear exhibitor badge at all times inside exhibition hall for security reasons.
Exhibitors without exhibitor badges will not allow access into exhibition hall.
STANDARD BOOTH
Exhibitors of standard booth must completed Form 2 (Standard Booth) and return within MARCH 12,
2018 to confirm spelling of the company name. Size of standard booth is 6 sq.m., 3 x 3 m., inclusive
of;

White wooden system partitions, 2.5 m.-H.

REGULATIONS CONCERNING THE USE OF STANDARD BOOTH INCLUDE:
Please contact staff of Modern Myanmar Synergy Co., Ltd. to move, add or change position of
floating or slope shelf or any electrical equipment. Otherwise, exhibitors must be responsible for
any damages occur.
It is prohibited to drill, nail, pin, staple, paint, spray, write or use silicone on the panels. Or any
actions that may cause damage to any parts of standard booth.
In case of using sticker, do not directly stick it on the surface of panels. Please mouth it onto PP
board or other materials before fixing double-sided tape on the panels, or hang on the wall. After

the fair ends, Exhibitors must remove double-sided tape and must not leave any stains on the
panels. Any damages maybe be charged up to USD 40 per panel.
Exhibitors have to inspect the quality of booth/decorative equipment/furniture and electrical
equipment before using. If there are any defects or missing parts, please inform the contractor
for correcting/changing. Otherwise, it is the exhibitor’s responsibility in case of any damage of
their exhibits/products.
Any changes of position for electrical equipment for stand booths are free of charge if informed
within March 12, 2018. Exhibitors will be charged for changing after this date.
If exhibitors do not want any items from standard booth package, they must comprehend that
the cost of the package will not change and there will be no compensation for other equipment.
Exhibitors are not allowed to set up any equipment or electrical equipment outside of the booth.
Display for products should be nice and tidy. The organizer reserve the right to ask for your
revision to re – arrange.
FAIR’S RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. The organizer may allocate the exhibition space in any manner as they deem fit but will take into
account such factors as the order of application and payment received, number of booths, and the
nature of exhibits, etc.
2. Exhibition space is licensed to the exhibitor only. The exhibitor must not sub – license the exhibition
space allocated to it, either wholly or in part, to others.
3. Products or services not included in the application document cannot be exhibited. The organizer
has the right to remove non – approved exhibits at the cost of the exhibitor.
4. Exhibitor should provide the complete information about their exhibit items according to consumer
protection act.
5. Exhibitors can only sell their products within their own stands.
6. It is prohibited to distribute any printed material of exhibitor on the aisle, entrance – exit and public
area.

RULE & REGULATIONS OF FAIR VENUE, MAWLAMYINE CITY HALL
1. No nails, screws, staples, tape or other fastening devices will be used to hang or attach to building
walls, ceilings, windows, doors lights, sprinklers, or other fixture/surface inside or outside the centre.
2. Paint spraying is prohibited in the exhibition hall.
3. Exhibitors are not allowed to place any display materials or exhibits beyond their contracted
boundary or obstruct fire hose, entrance – exit and emergency exit.
4. All electrical connecting with power source of the center are prohibited.
5. For your safety electric saws, welding and drilling equipment which emit sparks are not allowed to
be used in the building.
6. No explosives, petrol, dangerous gases or highly inflammable substances are allowed in the
exhibition hall.
7. Pets are not allowed in the exhibition hall.
8. Absolutely no drinking of alcoholic beverages and no smoking in the venue.
9. No exhibit items move in or out of the exhibition hall during show days except the designate time.
10. Exhibitors and contractors should collect and removal of waste materials from construction out of
the Exhibition Hall, including stain from glue or tape.
11. Exhibitor and contractor should wear badges at all time while stay in the exhibition hall.
12. Not allow overnight parking at the center.
13. Mawlamyine city hall reserves the right to object to stop working or charge exhibitors who go against
rules and regulations.

The organizer will be granted the exhibitor badge to exhibitor or attorney who brings filled in form at the
organizer counter in front of MAWLAMYINE CITY HALL only. The Exhibitors are entitled to receive 4
exhibitor badges per booth (6 sq. m.), additional badge will be charges 5 USD. for each badge.
