For many of us there is no harsher critic than the one takingresidence in our mind This is one bully many of us cannotignore nor fight and when the enemy is self it may takeintervention therapy and even prayer to re-wire the self-talk What is crazy is when the image in the mirror and thenumbers on a scale create an image in our minds that terrorizessome to take action that can cause massive harm even deathBulimia anorexia popping tons of over the counter weightmanagement drugs all in the search of a mental picture that hasnothing to do with reality Even if you are not at this extremeend of the spectrum too many people struggle with an ability tolove who they are as they are Loving yourself is the best wayto trigger actions of love ON yourself The scale only collects data that is returned in a numericexpression The number on that scale is just a number - animportant number but just a number Data to be used to moveyou closer to your goal Do not give that number any morepower than that Whats more the scale cannot tell whatcauses the number to be what it is A 250 pound body builderand a 250 pound over weight woman is still 250 to the scale Continued on page 16

help I moved into the space of Stewardship because God showed me that was the cause and cure to my situation Poor stewardship (aka - management) was the reason I lost everything and good stewardship was the way to my future prosperity As I got my life back on track my body was next on my agenda As I lost the weight the natural result of that was observers asking questions and telling me I was inspiring them Leadership was calling but I was not prepared to invest the time and effort to obtain the certifications I used to hold Cost to do something is not always a money problem for me this was more a time anddistraction problem I had a business to run and studying forthis stuff was intense I had friends who told me about Beachbodyand it seemed they offered me the perfectsolution The credibility of Beachbody behindmy passion and enthusiasm for stewardship ofthe body seemed the perfect wayto go No need to reinvent the wheelNow I am back in leadership inhealth and fitness earning anincome and this is by far theeasier path to monetising mypassion for fitness for sure BECOME A BEACHBODY COACH
