KIDS WORSHIP (1st & 3rd Hour) Join us each week in the Children’s area for Kids Worship! Preschoolers will meet in their own age divided rooms for Play-n-Worship. Elementary grades 1-5 meet together in Solar City for KidsOwn Worship.

SUNDAY SCHOOL (2nd Hour) During the second hour each week, we have Sunday School for all ages. Pre-schoolers will meet in the preschool rooms. Grades 1-5 start in Solar City, break out into classrooms for lessons and activities, and then come back together for group games at the end. Our FaithWeaver Now curriculum allows all ages to learn the same story each week at their own level - that means the whole fami-ly can revisit what they learned together throughout the week. Make sure to grab a Family Connect paper each week from the check-in desk for ways to integrate each week’s lesson into life at home.

DAN & APRIL MCKEE, Encompass World Partners, Northstar, Japan Daniel and April McKee are preparing to serve with Encompass World Partners, based in Atlanta. Encompass’ goal is to mobilize,

equip, deploy and nurture multinational teams of disciple-makers who live and proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ through engaging in sacrificial service, intentional evangelism and whole-life discipleship, resulting in the creation of healthy spiritual communities. Daniel and April will be serving in Japan, at a place called Northstar, which is an international lodge and outdoor school located in the Japanese Alps. Adventure sports, wilderness activities and genuine hospitality are tools used to touch peoples’ lives, with the ultimate goal of leading them into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Additionally, Dan and April will be responsible for the routine discipleship of Northstar Interns. Presently they are working on raising support, having just completed 12 weeks of working with a consulting group on fundraising. Their support level is at 20% and the launch date of their ministry is still being developed. Pray for their support level to increase.

PRAYER REQUESTS, PRAISES & ANSWERS: Please note your prayer requests on today’s response card. Also, remember to tell us how God answers. † Nancy Basden asks for continued prayer for her sister, Sharon, who is

making slow progress. Pray for her to gain strength with physical therapy so she can walk again. Nancy would like to thank everyone for their faithful prayers.

† Zack & Rachel Brackett would like prayers for their son Cody’s friend Will (age 10) as he begins 18 weeks of chemo treatments. Pray for healing, strength, and courage.

† Andy & Michelle Bullar ask for prayers for their three acres to sell in Troy. † Jim Dumser’s brother, David, is in the hospital with abdominal pain and

high blood sugar. Pray his doctors will be able to find the source of the pain and are able to get his blood sugar back to normal.

† Lawana Heny - Pray for peace, health, happiness in my family. † Ransom Tedrick is doing better and is recovering at home. † From Harriett Bathman, our retired missionary - God continues to give

one more day after another until today, we ‘who became one’ 65 years ago, are still physically together. With Bill’s medical diagnosis of congestive heart failure plus adenocarcinoma of the prostate with metastasis, we are being prepared “in His strength” for the last journey. To each of you as friends, family and fellow laborers in God’s vineyard, we wish to express our continued appreciation, gratitude and thankfulness for all that you have been to us across the years. Bill is weak, 20 lbs. lighter, diminished appetite, yet very lucid, in the best of spirits, maintains his sense of humor, and is still “in His grip.” We also are enjoying the special blessing of having our oldest daughter, Deborah, visiting from Salzburg, Austria.

† Mark Schoonover - Please pray for Tim and Trish Pitman, a couple who is attending our Financial Peace University. Wednesday evening Trish’s mom was very ill and they were not able to make it to FPU. Her mom passed away Thursday morning. Please pray for this family during this time of sorrow.

† Praise the Lord! God has answered your many prayers. As of this past Thursday evening, Awana is fully staffed! Thanks to everyone for the many prayers on the behalf of this ministry. We have 261 clubbers enrolled in the program so far this year. Please continue to pray for God to use our staff in the lives of these children and youth to His glory.

† Peggy Eatherton asks for prayers for relief from a cough she can not get rid of. Also please pray for my niece, Amy, as she deals with breast cancer.

† Pam Stroot asks for prayers for her son, Jacob, who has pneumonia in his blood. Please pray for healing and for his liver not to be affected. Also she would like prayers for Daniel Madden, a friend who recently fell into a vat of tar. He is in critical condition and has lost a foot. Pray for healing, strength and peace as he has a long road of recovery ahead.

† Ongoing prayers for long term health battles: Ellen Crahen, Harry Yeakey, Joyce Bowman, Art Kiehne, Roger Rodgers, Leon Arnold, Sheri Libby, Chelle Bell, John Wagner, Bob Shields, Mac-kenzie & Cyndi Tomazi, and Pat Van Housen. Also remember our troops serving around the world.
