Treasury and Membership Report

-Matt Gerdisch reports on the treasury numbers and reports 74 total members as of the meeting.

-After sponsorship money we had a small profit from the Milwaukee Mile event, still waiting on few more things from our July 6th HPDE event at blackhawk but it looks like we have also made a bit of money or at least come out even.

Board of Directors Report

-David Wessel reporting, we are still looking to fill the open impound and tech position.

- Discussed the July Blackhawk event detail, Council made a profit off the event, there were 13 students in the drivers school that all passed, 40 for AutoX, 100 Entries on Sunday for W2W.

-No change to the novice licensing or minor waiver from last month's proposals.

-Great Lakes is the host for the Midwestern Council banquet on Jan 19th

-We need more help for Sept. 29&30 event at RA

-Provision for a discount on the enduro if you sign p for W2W on Saturday and Sunday at RA.

-DJ Janz has put 2k in Sponsorship money for RA weekend

Old Business

- Date for shop day at Bob Bennett's shop tentatively scheduled for Sep. 8th

-Website numbers update, 424 views since we went live, a couple new posts were added, and added a calendar to the schedule page which is our most popular page.

-Social media accounts are linked to the website.

Race Committee Report

-Paul Rembas has been working with Wisconsin State fair to get a hard contract for out August 25th and 26th Milwaukee Mile event for the next two years. That way we won't have a scheduling conflict again.

New Business

-Daryl mentioned he met someone with a CC charge company similar to square that we could use for charging cards at registration, more details to come.

-Still need to get new T-shirts and stickers

-Future website updates.

- Floated the Idea of a mid september Outdoor Karting event at RA, details TBD
