Dental Implant System
All Implance-brand products have been packaged in the Clean Room that fulfills sterile environment features according to ISO Class 7* and air cleanliness classification standards according to ISO 14644-1.
The Clean Room is regularly subjected to validation according to ISO 14644-2 standard.
Surface, air and hand bio-contamination of clean room is monitored in periodical intervals according to ISO 14698-1 Bio-contamination Control Standard for Clean Rooms and Related Areas.
All Implance Dental Implant System products are manufactured in Swiss-made CNC machines with micron sensitivity.

* ISO Class 7:It is classification of air-cleanliness of clean room according to the air-borne particle concentration in areas where clean room technology is applied.
Quality Control Department controls all Implance products after-production with great attention to ensure they meet required quality and standards.
Products are cross-checked by different quality control officers with optic Mitutoyo-brand devices that have the highest technology in the world with high sensitivity of one per ten thousands (1/10,000). After cross-checking the out-of-tolerance products are eliminated.
The sterilization validation is conducted in accordance with EN ISO 11137-2. The gamma ray concentration obtained as a result of this validation is used for the gamma sterilization of the products according to EN ISO 11137-1 Sterilization of Health Care Products – Radiation.

Implance Implants are packed in double sterile packages. This specifically developed packaging system protects the hygienic structure of the product perfectly and provides easy use for dentists with its smart-peg system.
The smart-peg implant holder provides extra convenience by directly transferring the implant with implant drivers without any intermediate transfer parts.
Each product package has a label containing all necessary information and coding such as type, length and color code of products.
Color coding and the associated diameters of products are classified as given below;

No screw loosening and breakage should occur with the originalsupport connection design.It should not create too much stress on neck part of bone to which implant is applied, with its special design and should not cause bone resorption in long term. HybridDesign
Contact surfaces of cylindrical implants are larger than
those of conic implants; however there are problems about
finding its own way in the cavity drilled. On the other side,
conical implants can, although they have smaller surface
area, can easily find their way and advance in the cavity
drilled. The hybrid design implant has advantages of both
designs and is rather successful in finding its own way in
the cavity drilled because its apical is conical and it has
larger surface area and contact surface because its neck
area is cylindrical.
In conical implants, compression stress coming from the
bottom accumulates around the neck area of the bone
because groove diameter increases towards the neck area
this can cause neck resorption in the long term. The flat
forms of cylindrical implants and minimum use of micro
threads lowers neck compression and stress; however this
can result in difficulties to reach primary stability on bones
with low density.
On the other hand, hybrid implants have the ideal design
with cylindrical neck area and tapered apical. Therefore,
hybrid implants do not cause compression and stress and
bone loss which may arise from compression on the neck
area in long term.
Furthermore, it will be easy to reach primary stability even
on bones with low density due to their groove structure.

One of the biggest problems for Bone Level implants is the connection between implant and abutment and micro-gaps which can be formed there. Bacteria can grow in these gaps and thus can cause serious problems for the patient. Implance Implants have Switch Platform system which protects cervical bone by moving the connection between implant and abutment away from bone surface.

It’s a common mistake to think that micro grooves diminish stress on the neck area. There are no micro threads on neck area of Implance Implants and this feature provides many periodontologic advantages for users and physicians.
Bacterial plaque can colonize in micro threads more easily. Bone resorption risk at the neck will decrease in the implant design without micro threads because colonization of bacterial plaque will be lesser if bone does not cover the implant neck completely.

BONE LEVEL IMPLANT
ADVANTAGESSince the neck region of implant is at the bone level, grey-metallic color of the titanium can be hidden better, therefore no aesthetical problem occurs.
In situations where bone thickness is less in molar area, selecting an implant with thin diameters is mandatory. While working with the superstructure, a more accurate prosthetic gingival profile can be prepared for a molar tooth by using a wide diameter healing abutment and permanent abutment.
Bone level implant is more advantageous if the implant is intended to be fit in submerged position.

TISSUE LEVEL IMPLANT
ADVANTAGESIt significantly minimizes the irritation which can be formed in the gingiva around implant during removing and replacing the abutments in the superstructure fittings.
Implant-abutment connections are stronger compared to bone level implants.
Bone level implants with switch-platform avoid bone irritation and bone loss by moving the implant - abutment junction away from the bone surface. It is more ideal for the bone at the neck in tissue level implants because there is no connection almost up to gingival upper limit.
It is advantageous for immediate implant applications during tooth extraction. While ensuring primary fixation of implant in the conical extraction socket, socket inlet is covered better since neck area of the implant expanded.
In immediate implant applications, since the implant part coinciding with extraction socket inlet is a smooth surface, this area shall be more hygienic against bacterial plaque colonization after extraction.
Cortical bone wrapping the implant is protected better by the implant neck due to the expanding form of implant neck area.
It has a design which can be used safely for long years.
Tissue level implants are usually preferred for single step surgical applications.
Utmost attention should be paid while applying Tissue level implant for patients who have thin keratinized mucosa in the anterior region. Otherwise, we can confront with titanium color as an esthetical problem. For this reason, it is necessary to plan with great care for gummy - smile patients.

Self-stopper drills offer great convenience to the users and eliminate the possibility of making a mistake.
Implance drills can operate at 200 to 300 rpm rotational speeds; therefore, cell necrosis which is caused from excessive heat can be avoided. Another advantage of operating in a low rotational speed is that the extracted bone powders can be used in a healthy manner for the patient’s treatment later.
Implance drills are longer-lasting. Implance drills can be used for about 300 times and this is also another advantage offered to the physicians.
Implance Smart-Peg System makes it easier to remove implants from their boxes and fitting into the cavity. This offers great convenience to the dentists during operation.

PROSTHESIS It is necessary to use the healing abutment with appropriate height and diameter corresponding with the abutment type to be used depending on the gingival height and crown diameter to be applied. If an abutment having smaller gingival height than the healing abutment is to be used, problems will occur in application since gingival opening will be thinner than the neck of abutment.

Prosthetic Kit is a sterile kit specifically for the Prosthesis stage including a ratchet with torque and all the drivers that dentists might need during this stage. The kit includes all lengths of the drivers used for prosthesis in bone and tissue level implant systems, and different lengths of hex drivers necessary for the hand piece.
Implance prosthetic kit can be steam sterilized in autoclave with its special tray and case.
PROSTHETIC KIT
Abutment Planning Kit is an assistive tool for the dentists to choose the appropriate types of abutments to use. The kit includes identical titanium models for different dimensions and lengths of straight and angled abutments. This model assists the dentists in choosing the most appropriate abutment for the prosthesis planning stage; which reflects to a successful execution of the planned prosthetics.
Abutments are color coded for different types of implants:
- Abutments for 3.3 mini implants are gray,- Abutments for bone level implants are blue,- Abutments for tissue bone level implants are blue.
