    IMPORTANT INFORMATIONTO THE CANDIDATES APPEARING IN EXAMINATION, WBJEEM- 2016

    •   No candidate will be allowed to enter into the examination hall beyond thescheduled time of commencement of the Examination in each session.

    •   No candidate should be allowed to sit for the Test in a venue other than theallotted one on the day of examination under any circumstances.

    •   No candidate will be allowed to enter into the venue without a valid WBJEEB-2016 Admit Cardalong with Aadhaar Card / Pan Card / Passport / School ID Card in original.

    •   Candidate must bring a copy of the colour photograph  same as the one uploaded duringonline application.

    •   Candidates are allowed to enter the examination hall 25 minutes before commencement of 

    Test.

    •   Question Booklets are to be distributed to the candidate   15 minutes   beforecommencement of the test. The candidates should, however be instructed not to open QuestionBooklet seal until the bell denoting the time of commencement of the test for the respectivesessions.

    •   Take out the OMR Sheet from the Question Booklet without breaking the seal  10minutes before the commencement of test

    •   Candidates are not allowed to carry calculator, docupen, log table, communicationdevices like mobile phones or any other electronic gadget in on or off mode . Candidates foundwith any such items will be reported against and his / her candidature will be cancelled.

    •   Read the Instructions given on the OMR Sheet carefully. On the left hand side of theOMR, darken the appropriate bubbles for the Question Booklet No., Roll Number with a Black /Blue ballpoint pen only. Also write the Name and other particulars and sign on the OMR signingonly in the space provided for this purpose. Entering the Name or Roll number or anywhereelse is NOT ALLOWED.

    •   If you have to make any change(s) to your entries (other than bubbling) on the left hand sideside of the OMR, do not use whitener or overwrite. Strike out the wrong text entries and rewritecorrectly and get it countersigned by the invigilator.

    •   If you have to make any change(s) to your entries in bubbling on the left hand side of the OMR,do not use whitener or overwrite. Cross (X) the wrong bubble entries and mark bubblecorrectly and get it countersigned by the invigilator.

    •   Do not tamper with the barcode. Any marking on the barcode will lead to cancellation of your registration.

    •   The question booklet seal only be opened at the time of commencement of exam. After broken the question booklet seal candidate must see carefully all the pages of question bookletphysically. If any candidate found any damage or missing pages or any difficulties to readthe question paper , immediately bring it to the notice of the invigilator for identical replacement.

    •   At the time of signing the Photo Attendance Sheet, please verify the spelling of your Name and Roll Number. If any correction is needed, bring it to the notice of theinvigilator.

    •   Left Thumb Impressions of the candidates are to be given once in the Attendance Sheet at theindicated space during the examination of Physics & Chemistry.

    •   Any violation of the instructions or adoption of unfair means will lead to cancellation of your registration.

    •   Candidates may do the rough work in the space provided within the Question Booklets.

    •   Carrying of wrist watch or clock of any type by the candidate is   strictly prohibited   in

    the examination hall. Wall clock will be provided in each examination hall.

    •   ‘Frisking’ may be carried out for checking of prohibited objects in the examination hall.

    •   Candidates cannot leave the Examination Hall until the end of examination and not before allthe OMRs are collected and tallied by the Invigilator.

    •   Candidates are allowed to take the Question Booklet with them after conclusion of the test.

    •   No discussion regarding clarifications or doubts in the Question Paper will be entertained.

      All the instruction given in the Admit Card should be followed strictly.

    •   The candidates are advised to visit their allotted examination centre prior to the date of examination to avoid any inconvenience on the day of examination
