ASPHALT REPAIRDESCRIPTIONA durable bitumen-based patch repair for use on exterior pot-holed asphalt and concretebased on polished aggregate together with liquid binder based on bitumen plus resins andadhesives. Ideal for potholes in roads, car parks, paths and other bituminous and concretesurfaces.
RECOMMENDED USEIdeal for pot-holes in roadways, vehicle parks, loading docks, paths, airfields etc, onbituminous and concrete surfaces.
RECOMMENDED DRY FILM THICKNESSbetween 25 and 100 mm
THEORETICAL CONSUMPTIONAt a film thickness of 24 mm 25 kg will cover approximately 0.5m². The product can beapplied up to 100mm film thickness.
PRACTICAL CONSUMPTIONPractical coverage depends on many factors such as porosity and roughness of the substrateand material losses during application.
SURFACE PREPARATIONRemove all loose material and surface water, oil etc. Apply the primer with a brush on theprepared surface.
APPLICATION CONDITIONSTemperature of air, substrate and coating material between 5 and 25°C. At lowertemperatures the product will be tougher and is therefore more difficult to apply.
APPLICATION & THINNING: RAKE/TROWELDo not dilute the product.
SHELF LIFE1 year from date of production in unopened cans, if stored in dry, well ventilated areas, not indirect sunlight at temperatures between 5° and 25°C.
