To Whom lt May Concern: Kevin Tran worked for me as an On-site Meeting Associate during the 1Oth Annual Multi-Specialty Vegas Cosmetic Surgery Program in Las Vegas, NV June 18th- June 22nd,2A14. This five day Continuing Medical Education symposium was targeted towards the leading Healthcare Providers from the fields of Oculoplastic Surgery, Dermatology, Facial Plastic Surgery and Plastic Surgery and provides multiple educational platforms. The On-site Meeting Associate's responsibilitie+ were to assist the registration area and help desk for the 900+ participants, 200+ exhibitors and 100+ faculty as well as assist with the logistics within the exhibit hall and manage the dinner programs for the attending Healthcare Professionals. During his time at the symposium he had an amazing impact on the overall program flow and was excellent at communicating any needed information to the participants while at the help desk. Kevin was highly respected by his co-workers for his willingness to help anyone at anytime and worked well with his fellow teammates. He was very well organized, diligent in his time management, easily approachable, and always on time. Kevin has real leadership potential and I would highly recommend him for your organization.
