iMETOS iSCOUT® is a combination of hardware and software solutions for remote monitoring of different agricultural and industrial insects. The iMETOS iSCOUT® is an insect trap with integrated electronics and sticky plate. Due to its low weight it can be hung wherever in the field. In the field, the device is self-sufficient, as it is powered by a solar panel and a battery. 10 MP camera takes high-resolution pictures of the sticky plate within the iMETOS iSCOUT® trap. Images are sent via UMTS to the FieldClimate.com platform where they are analyzed with automatic detection of pest. The results are then visible on web or mobile devices. Control is real-time and the collected data can be used for further analysis.

Designed and developed for catching insects with the help of insect specific pheromone lure (codling moth, european grape berry moth, tomato leafminer and many other species). It includes metal plate on which insect glue and a pheromone lure can be applied.

Designed and developed for catching bugs (stink bug and many other species), without any nettings on entries. It includes a white plastic bottom with a pyramid trap and closed side entries. Once the bug enters the trap, it can no longer exit.

Designed and developed for catching fruit flies (spotted wing drosophila, olive fruit fly, mediterranean fruit fly and many other species). It includes 3 mm nettings on entries, so that bigger flies (house flies) cannot enter the trap. Feeding lure and metal plate on which insect glue is applied are included. If you want to catch and monitor bigger flies, you can remove nettings from the entries.

Designed and developed for monitoring sticky traps of different colors, the device comes with high resolution camera and a holder for a sticky plate. DUAL version combines sticky trap monitoring with panorama view of the field. iMETOS CropVIEW® is an agricultural information system, which periodically receives high resolution photos of farmland, research plots, crop canopies etc. Photos are automatically uploaded to FieldClimate platform, thus allowing a constant crop quality and yield control. The high resolution pictures enable checking seeds for germination, monitoring the effect of fertilizers and pesticides on crop development, and help deciding whether a disease or pest already threatens profitability. High-resolution images combined with local weather data (temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, sunshine duration, leaf wetness etc.) can be viewed and analysed daily over time without any additional effort. The system operates with rechargeable battery and a solar panel for year round operation in most climatic zones.

iMETOS ASOS is a joint product of Pessl Instruments and Lacos, which offers an active support to the farmer in the implementation of plant protection and fertilization measures.
