The admission process consists of:- an online application with 12 essays- letters of recommendations- a full day assessment center

Once accepted, each candidate goes through a full background check conducted by anindependent agency.

With a minimum of 3 years of work experience, our participants have on average 7 years ofexperience prior to IMD.
