lying just a stone’s throw away, the area can now increasingly be compared to
London’s Piccadilly Circus and New York’s Times Square, although it still
offers far lower rents than these celebrated squares.
Knight Frank is also increasingly working with prime retail opportunities
in Madrid Centro, with prestigious flagship locations including Serrano,
Fuencarral and Gran Vía.
