    Trust, integrity and honesty are key values of the IKEAGroup. Corruption is contradictory to the objective of

    doing good business. It damages the confidence ourco-workers, suppliers, customers and otherstakeholders have in IKEA.

    The IKEA Group has zero tolerance towards corruptionin any form.

    IKEA Group Policy 1001 on Anti Corruption

    1. Policy scope and objective

    The IKEA Group requires that all co-workers and business partners shall comply withrelevant laws and regulations when conducting business; however this policy and thecorresponding standard may go beyond such laws, regulations and regulations.

    The objective of this policy is to define the IKEA Group Standpoint on corruption.

    The IKEA Group Policy on Anti Corruption is applicable to the IKEA Group co-workers and the

    IKEA Group business partners.

    2. Definitions

    Corruption is the misuse of an official duty for unofficial and undue personal advantages or

    advantages to others. Corruption also includes fraud and bribery as well as benefits, favoursand omissions which are considered illegal, unethical or a breach of trust.

    Facilitation Payment  is a payment to a government official to facilitate a service or activitywhich the public official is legally obliged to perform without such payment.

    3. Policy standpoint

    Trust, integrity and honesty are key values of the IKEA Group. Corruption is contradictory tothe objective of doing good business. It damages the confidence our co-workers, suppliers,customers and other stakeholders have in IKEA. Furthermore, corruption undermines therule of law, distorts markets, and denies the many people their rightful share of resources.

    The IKEA Group has zero tolerance towards corruption in any form.

    •  No one, co-worker or business partner, acting on behalf of the IKEA Group or with

    whom the IKEA Group has a relation (including suppliers, vendors and contractors)may directly or indirectly request, offer, pay, accept or receive bribes or conduct othercorrupt practices.

    •  The IKEA Group does not allow any form of facilitation payments.

    •  The IKEA Group co-workers do not ask for gifts or hospitality and are strongly advised

    not to accept and/or provide gifts or hospitality from or to any business partner or third

    party. If and when the IKEA Group accepts or provides gifts this is done in atransparent and approved way.

    Non compliance with this policy by co-workers shall result in internal disciplinary action andmay lead to termination of employment contract and possibly to legal prosecution.

    Any act by an IKEA business partner contravening the content or intent of this policymay prompt the termination of the business relation.
